Loved the old school feel I got from it.
Not only that, but having the dungeon darkned was a really good touch.
I think this idea may turn into a full fledged game, focusing on the one item mechanic. Good job!

Really hard old-school rouglike. It was fun to play after I've got the controls. Would love to see it expanded. I have a question. Is there any end game screen or something? I've killed all the enemies i think and nothing happend. Maybe I missed something but I'm pretty sure all enmies were dead.
Cool callback and great execution.
There have been a lot of one inventory slot games though.
You did execute it very well though!
Hey, great to find another person using Love2d. It is an interesting concept with only one inventory and the player have to juggle between each item. I would definitely prefer to have everything slightly bigger, some of the item are really small and hard to notice. Great job regardless, you managed to create a randomized dungeon during a game jam!
Fun way of looking back at the old roguelikes with such a huge liability like one "pocket" space. It is pretty hardcore and unforgiving, and I like that! This old-schoolysh style, however, can repel casual players, so beware of that. All things considered, I think that you can develop a good game out of it!
Interesting game! The improvements from the game version to the current version are really visible! However, one of my problems were the bit unintuive controls. And as I am currently using a qwertz keyboard (a german layout) i also did not have a dedicated "?" key, and I also did not find a corresponding one :( This is something i surely would have also not thought about, but is an interesting little problem. Other than that, I am excited what will become of this game if you continue to develop it! Great job so far!
Nice little game! Hooray for Love2D! I played the jam version so I could rate it. I enjoyed the game a lot, and I know you were going for more oldschool controls to fit the aesthetic, but man there were so many buttons to press. I kinda wish they were slightly simplified, I think that control style is oldschool for a reason. Other than that, really cool, fun game, and I'm very impressed. Nice work!
Interesting little game! I like the idea of a randomly generated roguelike in entirely 1 room! I think visibility was a bit of an issue as I was struggling to see everything as it was all really small, bit it was still a cool little experience. Kept finding locked doors and no keys though, and it took me a few seconds to realise I was being attacked by a spider! Maybe some more sound effects to alert the player to when they are being attacked would be nice.
Also, nice sound design! Very simple but also tense, I like it.
Nice little game. Though I was not sure what I needed to do. I just searched for the long sword which is best to slay some enemies. Not sure what was the purpose of all the other items (like candles) or what goal I needed to reach. But maybe I just need to play better! I was also confused that you could actually carry 2 items, 1 equipped and 1 "normal".
Wow, you managed to create a randomly generated roguelike in just 48 hours? Awesome!
Not my favorite game genre -but I like your retro-cool music :D
Nice little game. Literally. It was teeny-tiny on my screen, so I could barely see anything... :D
But what I saw was good, the interface is decent and the mechanics are implemented well, it also has random generated labyrinths. I'm a sucker for procgen games... :D
I love that it is generated each time, it provides a lot of replay value.
Think I'll keep this one on my PC for a bit see how far I can get :D
An interesting take on the rougelike genere. The only problem I have is that I have to close the entire game if I want to restart. If there is another way let me know.
Nice idea for a game and well executed. I like the variety of items and enemies as well the way that only having one inventory slot was due to forgetting your backpack.
Also, I found a bug where if you try to drop an item while surrounded by walls/items, the game infinitely loops.
Congratulations on making a neat little roguelike! I liked the concept of having only one item. I had to carefully choose equipment and remember where things were dropped after my gear broke. Nothing like having a weapon break mid-fight, finishing the enemy with your firsts, and then running back to grab a fresh short sword! I had fun scavenging the dungeon and beating up enemies.
I'm not sure if this was a glitch but I was unable to figure out how to get the enemies in that room. However I killed every other enemy I saw :P So maybe it's good for the spiders they were safe
