A really good game concept of the game creation theme!

I never thought to make a game about the testing part of game making.

Very nice game! It fits the theme very well.

Congratulations!

Super concept! It’s too short, we need more of this!

My only complaint here is about the speed of a run,  a 2x speed button would be perfect!

 Good job!

This is literally the BEST game I played in here. I loved the Idea and innovation behind this game and the experience was really great. looking forward to see more games from you.

Thanks so much! Very kind comments. More jams and games to come!

Very cool game ideia. Had inovation and appeal.

This game has quality. And that is what we all want because in my opinion, quality is more important than quantity. For me, quality of a game means how appealing the game is, to the player.

Other than that, it matches absolutely fine with the theme and my experience with this game is pretty good.

I get to savage a playtester with twelve crawlers at a time and make them permanently quit. 10/10

Haha, love it! Maybe I should have made it a game development "sabotage" game... You infiltrate a rival game company and try to make it as bad as possible...

This was great! Lots of good "game feel" stuff going on too - the way the camera zooms in when the player starts is really nice. AND VOICE ACTING. My only complaint is that I got super into it, and it was over too soon.

I thought this was a pretty cool idea, although my experience was hampered a bit by lag, and just when I was really getting into it, it ended. But overall, fun.

What a fantastic idea :) !! It fit the theme of the jam perfectly and was pretty fun !

The voice acting at the start was super ! I really felt that an actual human playtester was moving the character, he didn't move mechanically or in a straight line which was a very nice little detail !

It would of been great to be able to speed up the game (*2 or *4) ! But seeing how short the experience was the slow pace didn't really bother me !

Anyway great job, keep it up :) !

Thank you! The player is driven by a range-based decision tree and A* pathfinding. So the behavior is not predetermined at all and should seem somewhat natural! I am glad that it came across in that way.

This was really fun! Overall one of the best games i've played  so far in the jam. With a a couple more enemy types and maybe some traps this could be a really awesome game.

I think it's a really cool concept. I think you could do a lot with it. I was pleasantly surprised that there was more than one level and the voice acting was really cool you don't see a lot of that in game jam games at least I haven't.

wow, thats a really good idea, very daring project for a game jam. It works great and this is very promising! If you had 1 or 2 more levels I would keep on playing. A double speed button could be nice. :)

Interesting mix between tower defense and management! Never seen something like that before. This is a really nice concept, I feel like you can make much more with it!

Cool game with a nice concept.
Great work with sound and lighting... especially I like the menu in the beginning.
The art good be improved a bit to fit the general style more but all in all you created a neat game! Thanks!

Nice game, more enemy diversity could make it even better :D

I really like the concept, would have loved to have seen it taken further. (Possibly a decision tree for ai so there is more than just the frequency of the enemy to worry about) As for the gameplay itself I would suggest a controllable timescale like using mousewheel. Just like in your game there is an interact to waiting ratio and it can get boring waiting for the AI to do its business.  I saw your review on another jam and would also be interested in some constructive criticism! https://itch.io/jam/blackthornprod-game-jam-1/rate/319059

With more content this game could be super fun!

Adding a few more levels would be cool
