I wish this was a board game

Great game. Very clever idea. Maybe expand with some levels making you add two commands.

Developer

Thanks for your feedbacks!

Love me a puzzly game! Very pretty too. Great stuff! Doing a post-jam version?

Developer

Thank you! <3

Yes, I don't know when I will release it because I haven't worked on it yet, but I plan to add several options for a better user experience mostly. I don't think I will do more levels, maybe in another version, but I have a lot of work on other stuff

Congratulations for the game! Loved the overall aesthetics and how it is linked with the theme.. Rated <3

If you are interested in Tower Defense, check out our game. A tower defense where you can control only one tower at a time.

Played and rated your game, very good take on the tower defense genre and the theme and really nice graphics!

Really cool puzzler! One QOL addition that would be nice is a highlight of which command is currently being executed, but this is pretty on point!

Developer

Thanks for your feedbacks! That's a good idea! I'm adding it to the list of stuff to do

Submitted(+1)

this game is the best one I have seen. I only wish there were more levels

Developer

Thank you so much <3

This is a really cool mechanic and the gameplay is fun! The atmosphere is cool tool. A lot of content for a jam game. Nice job :)

Developer

Thank you! <3 I'm glad you had fun!

now this is what I call a puzzle game. This was really fun and the concept once I got it was really straight forward. Funny enough I am an automation engineer at my  day job so a game about automation caught my eye. This is top quality stuff right here. I can see myself playing an entire game with this concept. I wanted more

Developer(+1)

Thank you very much for this comment <3 I'm really happy you liked it!

I really liked making that little game, so maybe I will release a longer version, but since I have a lot of work with other projets, I prefer not making plans too fast, but maybe one day!

Submitted(+1)

Nice. Starts out easy, but the later levels become quite challenging.

Developer

Thanks for playing the game! <3  Hope you had fun still!

Amazing game! Stands out with a unique concept and perfectly fits the theme. Would have loved if the sequence automatically played once (without a modification by the player) when the level starts. Also playing it out could be a bit faster, I feel. Furthermore I found it unnecessarily hard to figure out how much turns it would take till the enemy reached a certain point or the ball hit the ground. Displaying a small grid might help to tone down the try-and-error-feeling there a little bit. Overall really impressive though, the difficulty curve and introduction order of new cards is very well tuned too!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! <3

Yes, I plan to release a version soon after the rating round where there is an option menu to display the grid or not and the amount of chromatic aberration. And will also add several settings to the sequence, like preview or speed!

Submitted(+1)

Very interesting! The last few levels get a bit messy, but overall this game was really solid

Developer

Thank your feedbacks! <3 I'm glad you played it!

Submitted(+1)

Cool but gets slow after a few levels

Developer

Thank you for the feedback! I plan to add a speed button in order to change the sequence speed

Submitted(+1)

Very cool game, have fought about having more than one horizontal platform ? Like imagine have 2 lines with blobs / enemies and you also have a card making you move between those 2 platforms, so it would have verticality. Anyway I like the concept!

Developer

Thank for the feedbacks! And that's a really nice idea!

Excellent game! One of my favourite games of this jam!

My only gripe is that it wasn't too clear what the effects of some of the cards were (like the card that looks like a refresh button, which I happened to never trigger, and the spikes which I at first thought was a pie).

Developer

Thank you so much <3

Yeah, I think I'll rework some of them, the "refresh" card is just something that cancel the previous action, but I think I will delete it since its quite confusing and not really useful

Hmm, Maybe it's a pie, a dangerous pie...

Looks great! I think the post-processing is a little too much (the bloom) But other then that, an amazing, original game, I've not seen another like this, great job! I mean it!

Thank you so much <3 I'm happy you liked it!

(Do not ever criticize bloom)

Great use of theme and fun game! Looked very good too, excellent job! I do wonder, is there only one way to clear levels? it certainly felt like sometimes more than one thing would work. Doesn't matter, still fit the theme amazingly, but if you want to expand maybe eventually reach such a point would be cool. You could throw algorithms at it to figure it out for you!

great game!

Developer

Thank you for your feedbacks! <3

There is on certain levels few possible solutions, some unintentional but I kept them because I liked them!

Submitted(+1)

Great game! Unique idea, very well executed!

Developer

Thank you! Glad you liked it!

My job IS automation and this is gold for me lol. When I first started learning automation, I started with a game exactly like this and seeing it here 5 years later really brought me back! Awesome! I will be replaying this!

Developer

Thank you so much <3 I'm really happy you had a great time <3

Very original. Really got me thinking. Nice and clean style too. Maybe a speed increase button might be nice sometimes?  Not a big issue though. All in all - good job!

Developer

Thank you! Yes, Some people talked about it and I think that's a good idea, and will probably put it in a "bugfix" version after the rating round!

I love puzzle games that let the player create their own solutions! A very unique take on the theme!
