Very neat concept! Replaying the game made me realize that there is more depth in the mechanics than at first glance. Sure it's really polished and impressive for a 48h jam, congratulations! I also liked that you shared your creative process, that's interesting. This is definitely my favorite entry in the jam.

very cool game i was gonna say that is was easy but then the difficlty cranked up

its a very stressful game and i found myself constantly mashing my keyboard to get to place towers and activate them

I've seen a few takes on this genere in this way but this interpretation adheres to the theme much better than those I've seen before and in a very intuitive way. I like that it's not just move from tower to tower but also use the mouse to aim which makes it truly feel like you are controlling ONLY ONE at a time

It's soooooo elaborated, I was love this one!! but I would like a lot of that it has more places, but congratulation u will be a wnnner!!

Really good game, loved the concept, super original. The only thing I didn't like was that the music got quite repetitive fast. Everything else was AWESOME

Super game. I think that this a good idea you can make more levels and more enemys.

Super art style. :)

It's amazing how good this looks for a 48 hour game jam. I'm not a fan of the genre, so I'm not sure about this, but I don't recall seeing moving turrets before; that was a really nice addition to a somewhat passive genre.

Visually very impressive, like the music too, nice take on the theme, love it!

Awesome demo, i really like the concept and atmosphere, there is a lot to explore here. i can imagine Otto being  able to trigger different ancient mechanisms (hammers, one use traps etc) to protect the forest, and being able to 'inspire' animal allies giving them attack bonuses, like a bard in D&D

Thanks, means a lot to the team! <3

Yeees, great idea, different types of mechanisms would be something to evolve on that prototype later on. Any addition we made on that project will be uploaded here on itch.io

Amazing art style and soundtrack. Shooting another tower to enable it adds a whole new level of gameplay!

Amazing game. I absolutely love the art style. The mechanic is fresh and the gameplay is smooth. A slight critique, maybe give a better indication of the crystal's health. Overall a great game though. Best of Luck!

P.S. please rate the game i helped with https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2019/rate/463810

Although the balancing is a bit off, you did an amazing job at the game.
