A really unique and polished game but I do wish the circle in the middle was smaller, I kept having to glance between my two paddles, the game would work better on a phone

Great game! One of my favourites from before the jam, so I thought I'd come back to rate it. Controls are intuitive, upgrades are solid (although it did not feel like I was getting a 30% chance to heal, but probably just overthinking) and the graphics and polish are top notch! As others have said, I would love to download this on my phone and play it with saves so I can work towards getting the other characters. Awesome job, well done!

Great game! really polished. I think it would play even better on a mobile platform with touch controls. But this works great too, The upgrades are fun and the bosses are challenging. I don't know how you came up with the story but it fits the game and makes it feel pretty meta :P

I am amazed, it was really fin to play, especially when I found out that there are upgrades!

But it was really hard and god bless you for providing the easy level :D

Very polished game. The opening story and cut scene do a great job of building the world/fantasy. Also, seeing the reactions of everyone in the tavern was a nice touch.

It's pretty fun. The mouse was a little hard to work with (keyboard might have worked well)

Overall it looked really cool too!

Really cool game! I liked how you kept iterating on the mechanic with each enemy. I wish I could play the other classes but this game is actually tough as nails for me. Some of the bullet patterns seem impossible but that could just be me sucking

Thanks! Yeah some of the patterns might be a tad crazy in the later levels. If you die twice you can activate an easier mode. I included it so people could try the other classes :P

Oh sick, time to try it again in easy baby mode, I have no pride! I might suggest changing that to a difficulty select at the start of the game so players know there is an easy mode.

In case you were wondering how much I suck ,easy baby mode was just about the right difficulty for me. 

But now having played through the whole game, it is even more awesome! The enemy design is really creative and the attack patterns are also really cool. The alternate classes are also really cool although I feel the warrior is the best

I think I need to work on balancing my games better. Since I play a lot my own game to balance the difficulty, I inadvertently get better and better each time I play, so I end up upping the difficulty thinking it's too easy, but it's actually me having battling the same enemy over 100 times and beating them solely because of muscle memory lol

All good, that's why playtesting is so important to me. I always play through my games the intended, optimal way that I learned because I created them, and it's hard to find out the actual difficult until someone else tries it.

Neat mechanic, I love the logo as well!  Only thing I'd say that could use improvement is the control.  It feels too fast and a bit floaty.  I keep wanting to turn my mouse in circles, when really it's more up and down movement. That could just be me though!  XD    Overall great job!

Thanks!! Yeah I know what you mean, if you try to rotate the enemy superquick the character will just stutter.  I mainly chose that velocity to add a bit of difficulty. The rogue is faster and you can turn around a bit more easily :P

Believe me, it's not your fault! I'm still learning how to make games with regular but challenging difficulty... that too, is hard x'D
