This was a decent little platformer, but I wasn't a fan of requiring the player to beat the level multiple times to unlock the next level. I'm not sure the game lends itself to this kind of unlocking model.
A bit more polish, player feedback, and maybe randomising the levels a bit so it's a different experience each time would go a long way. Nice work!

HOOKEDCool little game, the character animations were implemented nicely! I was confused at first about how to progress, but after reading some comments I realized you have to play the same game a few times to get more points. There were still a few points where I didn't understand what happened, so maybe giving a little more feedback to the player would help! Just something simple like a "You Win!" or "You Lose!" screen, or even a simple tutorial, even just one screen telling the players how to play. But keep it up, and keep making games!
It seems like none of the levels after 1 actually work :(
Very basic but a cool idea to turn it into a sidescrolling platformer. Probably just a basic bug, maybe get in contact with Miz on Twitter to get a fixed version uploaded so we can play the other levels?

I recorded my play here: https://streamable.com/wsju5e - I previously thought the gold orb was the finish.. but the same happens if I go left or touch the orb .. I just get back to the menu, the same as if I die...
