I love a puzzle platformer, and this game does a lot with a simple conceit (you jump every x seconds), using it as both a positive and negative constraint and changing up the tempo to keep levels fresh. The pixel style helped with the precision platforming, and looks great to boot. Wonderful work!

How does your game fit the theme?
Jumping is on a timer, meaning the player loses control of when to jump, and instead must focus on being in the right place when the jump happens.

What a cool concept, reminds me of games like SMB, has great potential to be something outside of a jam game like a mobile title or cheap steam title. awesome work!
This is probably the most polished game I've seen in the jam so far -- everything oozed with detail and felt amazing, from player movement to the animated background to the level transitions. Everything flowed smoothly. Nothing wasted my time, which I appreciate a lot.
The 'glide' mechanic is a brilliant way to give the player a little something to think about, but not really enough to feel "in control". Clever choice of mechanics too -- timers were kinda overwhelming at first, but I got used to them and they ended up reinforcing the theme well. The level design was excellent and pushed the mechanics to their limits, then the game ended at just the right time. I had a lot of trouble with the last few.
One of my favorites so far. Incredible work for just 48 hours, props!
Great concept, execution is fun and well thought out. Presentation is superb. Love the idea of bringing up controls at any time and the ability to skip levels.
The idea of the game fits the theme of the jam very well, the controls are very precise and polished. The art work is amazing seriously. Overall Great experience, great job boys!
Hey, cool game. Very charming graphics. And you have a cool mechanic that you can do a lot with. It reminds me in some ways of Crypt of the Necrodancer, where you have to time your moves.
Fantastic work on the level design and progression to suit your mechanic. The beeping for when the jump happens really helps the player time the jump, great stuff.
A neat little game with a nice look and feel to it! The audio fits the scenery a lot, and the scenery itself looks very nice. The gameplay having varying paces with both the speed of and number of beats between jumps is a very nice touch, as well as extra timing to figure out with the stopwatches. Overall, a well-done game. Nice work! :D
Also, here's some bad fan art:
Super impressive work! Great take on the theme and a platformer, great fundamental mechanics and fantastic level design!
This is super well thought out, the level designs and SFXs are brilliant!
One of the best games I've played in this jam! The idea is solid and only made better by the amazing level design. I love how you space out new mechanics and give the player time to get used to them and then provide fun ways to play with them. Game looks great and sounds great also!
I rated this very high! I love the art and little birdie! The mechanics and feel are 10/10!
Nice idea and great implementation! The graphics and sounds really go well together. Great job!
