I love the story, although it can get pretty wordy at times, and it took a while for me to get into the gameplay loop, but once I did, it was surprisingly fun. I could see this being very intense if you added real-time system failures, making the player frantically search for a specific tool before life support goes out lol.

Thankyou for the feedback
And I mplemented the system of temperatura and energy... Actually I have a Ship stat factory, and a time, but I had no time to wired thoose things to the event system. This is the next step, and this is why the different endings are hardcoded based on the daily work of the astronaut.
Thx again.
Ohh and the intro was 4 times long as now. :)
Hi M8,
awesome intro got me right there at the captain speaking to himself cause there is no one left.
Really catches these old sci-fi movies, love it. Why is he dash-fyling-face-first left and right ? But its nice xD
The intro text was reaaaaaaaaaaaly long. BUT it fits the theme! Liking it
Thank you for the feedback!
"Why is he dash-fyling-face-first left and right ?" - No gravity on this ship, so actually I need to draw the dash-flying-fave-first up and down animations :D
And the intro text was muuuuuuuuuch longer, but the based on the first two playtest, I modified a database a bit to make it shorter for the GameJam.
Thankyou for your feedback.
This ammount of text is the bare minimum for an enjoyalbe story with a ballanced fun and teach factor and... Ok this is just my stupid oppinion. :D
Actuallay I know you're right about this... hopefully this is the maximum ammount of text and informations for a gameJam.
I'll be happy if all of the players have enough patiente to start the real game. :)
Thanks again.
Finally, I get a chance to pee in space! Thank you for making my dream come true! Also, cool game! I was scared to rearrange the various items myself since I wouldn't know what floor they would be on, but returning to the same places again helped to instill a sense of familiarity with the ship. I wonder if I'd be more inclined to change them if I were playing the full game? Anyhow, I had fun with this one. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for your exceptionally detailed feedback.
Perhaps you are the first one who wrote about the toilet. During the first playtest phase, there was no option to pee, and without it, there was no fun on the ship. Because of this, most of the playtesters committed suicide. I played with the idea a bit to leave it that way, but it might have been a bit harsh for the late-night news: "Massacre in the GameDev.tv Game Jam!"
Items and storage:
I think you did well. Maybe there's another, better logic to store those items; I think the real problem is the limitation of the inventory, especially if you are sloppy and don't have a perfect memory.
Were you able to complete Day 2 with a specific outcome?
I found a typo after repairing a bed, I'm guessing the word should be 'field' not 'ield' here:
A nice little astronaut slice of life simulator! I'm not sure how to get five different endings. The first playthrough I fixed the bed, slept, fixed the shower, had a shower, fixed the electrical box, slept and got this:
The second time I fixed the bed, slept, partially fixed the shower and then immediately slept, which got the same message.
The atmosphere is immersive, and the multiple endings add great replay value. The visuals and sound design are top-notch. Looking forward to seeing how this project evolves!
Wow this is so cool, this is a very complete, clean project. I really loved the visual aesthetic, sound design and music. everything is so perfect and snappy. One thing i wanna know, where is the calibration tool? Also what engine you used for this game?
A nice game! The visuals match well with the SFX and music. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if I missed something, but I got stuck during the power device repair. I saw the repair button, but when I clicked it, there was no indication in the dialogue text. I tried interacting with other modules, but nothing helped me get unstuck. Overall, it’s a very good submission. Good job!
I could not gasp all the details, but I like the idea. I miss something that shows the inventory, maybe some icon on the top of the screen. With few iterations I feel it can be a good try for a commercial game.
cool setting for a tiny world.
exploring all the decks was nice, but it did convey the feeling of a very complex systems driven strategy game, but it turned out to be more of a narrative game, I think? It is a bit confusing to tell what kind of game the game wants to be...
I didnt manage to fix the power unit, but overall I had a pretty fun time
Great job and interesting premise. There didn't feel like much of a "game" at the start with the walls of text. Maybe try peppering it in where needed and let the player discover it? I love the idea you have and I think you can do a lot of cool things with this.
Love the art style! The amount of text was a bit daunting for a game jam game and there were a few cases where options text was overflowing the screen. Nice job!
