This is a great puzzle game! At first i had a little bit of trouble understanding what the objective of the game was (maybe you could label the rectangle with something so that its clear) But once i understood, i had a lot of fun. I could clear the first level, but not the second one! Really nice mechanics and implementation! well done :)
Didn’t expect to enjoy this type of game, but I absolutely did. The single-impulse mechanic and gravity puzzles were super satisfying. Awesome design
This was very original! I found it quite difficult but I played through a few of the levels. One suggestion would be to maybe cut down on the intro text a little bit and perhaps find a way to integrate some kind of tutorial of the gravity mechanics themselves?
This is a great puzzle game that I would definitely play a lot of on my phone during downtime with some more polish! I made it to level 4!
Maybe start level 1 with only 1 planet and then gradually add more planets in the following levels for a more gradual build up of difficulty? Also it would be great if the angle would already update when not holding the mouse button and if you could see the force and angle of your previous shot. This way if you had a near miss you can slightly adjust those parameters for your next shot.
Hey Tim, i completely agree on updating trajectory information in real time, and maybe add a trajectory prediction up to the first planet too, but when i tried to implement it i was short on time and the condition statements needed to be changed. I preferred to submit code i knew it was working rather than some experiment.
Thanks for your detailed feedback and suggestions!
Thanks for adding the video. Looks fun! I like the concept. Looks like you have decent progression in there too getting more complex as the levels go on. nice work
Great game and really good idea that was well implemented. I did find it tough, maybe a tutorial or some really easy levels to help players get a hang of it... but still really good!
Hey, any chance you can upload a youtube video of you playing the game ? there is a place in your itch page to supply the link. That way we can review it from the video and dont have to install it. It should help a lot with reviews. Congrats, the screen shots look good and I like the concept.
A video should help you get more reviews!
The physics are really well done. I did quite figure out what I'm suppose to do, or if there is only one level. But I didn't get past level one. Congrats on the submission.
