Wow, congratulations! You guys put together a pretty cool complete experience - hard to believe this is just 10 days worth of work, great job!

GJ!  The artwork is cute, whimsical, and pleasing to look at.  The animations could probably use a bit of tweaks e.g. the praying mantis' side attack looks like it is striking upwards, but the downwards and upwards sprites make it look like it is striking down.  Some other nice things to add would be hit VFX and color overlays or color grading to set the mood.  Keep it up.

Good to see what you guys accomplished in such a little timespam! I think I have bugged the mantis bosses, though. They were transpassing the walls of the level and getting stuck outside. Besides, I just missed an audio cue to know when i hit an enemy.
With some additional polish, it will be an even nicer experience!

Ranged attacks seem unable to hit the enemies from the sides. Fun idea for sure!

The art style mismatches made me less immersed. I liked the option of melee and ranged, but I didn't even know I have ranged for a long time until I saw very tiny skill slots in the top right. Bosses were also too simple because of the ranged as well.

Bosses were on the easy side, there was no "Hey you completed the game" bits, but for what you did in the span we had, I enjoyed it.

I ended up up using the firespelll too much, maybe introduce Mana or put a Cooldown on it to discourage spamming. This is a really hard subject, but with what you have if you took time to think ahead about how things could shake up balance wise you have the makings of something really solid. RPGs and ARPGS like this are not for the faint of heart to develop, and just seeing a responsive combat system is impressive enough. Then again 10 days to architect and make a prototype RPG let along ARPG is a tall order, so pat yourself on the back for a job well done!

Great job to your team. Fun game. Would be cool to limit the fire spell use or make like an enemy that can only be damaged by the sword. I stayed far and shot spells the whole time. Good work everyone. You did awesome!

Fun game. It was a little hard to tell if my hits were connecting with the enemies. The respawn feature was great. The enemy's style felt a little off, but all in all, great.

Great game concept. I didnt hear any audio when i played in the browser. I had fun playing this.

I thought the art looked really cool. I felt there was a lot of feedback missing and maybe something off with the hitboxes. I don't think I got hit a single time or it just didn't register. But definitely a cool little game. Nice :)

cool dungeon layout - I liked how  I had to kill the bosses in order to progress. I think the game would profit massively from a bit more "juice" or "game feel" - just make everything feel more impactful by using sounds, particles, knockback for attacks etc. I think there is even a course on that on gamedev.tv - if you are still undecided which course to take.

Loved the art style and the music matched perfectly. Would have loved some death animations but I sure that would have taken a load of extra time. Nice job. I did almost find it a bit too easy though with the fireball.

Overall was a fun game! The music and sounds were very quiet. I'm not sure if there was sounds for being hit or hitting the enemy, but it was hard to tell when those were happening. I was very thankful for the healing areas.

Beat it. I like an aesthetics of the game and art style, but I wasn't able to hear any sounds for some reasons

it has music so have to be bugged and thanks

I think my load of the game bugged out as the first boss would not die and could not hurt me, he was stuck facing the wall above him. I defeated the second boss, but the door wouldn't open. Still enjoyed what I was able to get thru, wish I knew if I had missed something!

I like the Idea of a small mage fighting their way through a dungeon. I think the game failed to convey a new and or fun idea to the dungeon crawling experience. I think the pixel art is good on the mage but lacks in other areas. Overall, a good game that just need a bit more fleshing out.

i would as a personal preference like to see the fireball shoot at the mouse, instead of shooting out

the direction of walking movement. it made it hard to shoot at things, which in games like this is the most fun :D

the art style and smoothness of the game animation was so cool to see! i had trouble moving right as it started, I'm not sure why.  and i think i would make it so the enemies flash red or give some indicator  that they took damage. other then that its a great game and made in the timeframe you did great!

Very good work! I think the game is simple and fun. I really like the visual style, it's beautiful. Maybe I would add some feedback when you hit the enemy. But overall, great work! :)

Fun game! I enjoyed the style of the game. Just wanted to let you know that I was able to bypass the final boss and trigger the credits scene.
