My journey lasted 3 days. I got my butt handed to me. Fun game though. Would love to spend some more time learning the mechanics. Well done!

Excellent game, congratulations!

Thank you very much 🤗

This is terrific! This game is really fun and I could see myself playing it until I get overrun for sure. Well done!

Developer

Thank you very much! I'm glad you like it 🤗

I really liked the game and had fun while playing it. The first thing that needs correction is the navigation of the camera, so that one can see easily the action. The second is the resource gathering system. I run out of resources snif snif :-) I liked very much the upgrade system!! Moreover, you used one my stylistically favorite art packages. Very very good effort! keep it up!!!

I didn't really get how the ressource system worked. I placed pawns at the sheep or gold mine, but the income was too low to refill the dead troops. The concept seems promising and the art was nice

For the game made by one person in the scope of a game jam this is very impressive. The gameplay, the art, the music on the very high level.

This is awesome. I'm so impressed. I  think your aesthetics are on point and you've created a world you could build on indefinitely. Love how you get "cards" too. Amazing you were able to get all this done in time. Well done!

Very ambitious project! I like a lot of the gameplay ideas. I think the unit AI needs a bit of work, or to at least show the active radius that they will monitor. I would have also liked the terrain to play more of a part as it seems like a lot of the enemies didn't really interact with it or would walk through it. But really great job!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for playing and for your feedback! You're absolutely right—the AI definitely needs improvement. I had to go with a simple pathing system to save time, which is why it doesn’t detect walls and such (if I continue developing the game, that’s one of the first things I’ll need to refine).
Same goes for the target selection—it’s a bit meh. Showing the attack range is also a really good idea!

Very fun! I encountered a bug where the game just keeps moving forward, skipping phases and sometimes I was able to plan during combat. Regardless, amazing game and keep up the good work! :D

This tower defense has potential! I loved the music and the animations!! I wished the units would respawn after death in the next level, but the way it is makes it more unique to your game!! Hope you get to flesh it out and make a full game!! Great job! ✨

Great game! Loved the art and the game loop! Here are a couple of bugs i found: after loading the game in (for a long time i don't if it's unity being unity or it's fixable) i got a web assembly build failed. In the game itself on the first run the map didn't load so i died, reset and the map got loaded. Also the enemies do not care about walls and walkon em' ignoring the stairs. Other than that very cool submission!

Lovely art style, everything played and looked great.

It's a challenging game, for sure, could not figure out the proper ratio of pawn to soldiers for the life of me hahaha

I did encounter a bug though, after beating day 7 I got two upgrades at once and while on the planning phase I got attacked by the goblins. Kinda weird as I could buy more troops to replace the ones that where getting killed at the same time lol

Very solid mechanics that delivers a fun and addictive experience, great job!

Thanks for your feedback! Yes, it also happened to me at some point—it bugged out when I reached a certain day. I need to look into it carefully to figure out where the error is coming from. Thanks for reporting it as well!

Really fun game, I like the arto style and I hope you'll expand on it :D

Fun game. I didn't like the warriors running into battle by themselves. Maybe restricted them to a specific distance. Otherwise really fun! Go ahead and check out my game submission for the Jam. It's minigolf on planets, let me know what you think!

Developer

Thank you for your feedback! You mean that the warrior should be static? (I mean, dont running into fight, just waiting the enemy to get close and attack).

Nothing to say, good game

Great job, solo dev! Love the gameplay mechanics and music, though sfx could be better utilized given some time here. Thanks for submitting, I enjoyed my experience.

I had so much fun, this is a really great demo! Made it to day 5, but I also had a bug that forced me to skip two of my planning phases. I recorded my game play and thoughts here:

Thank you so much for your comment and your video review! I had a lot of fun watching you play the game. I also saw the bug you encountered—it's an issue that happens sometimes, and I need to figure out why. I think it might be related to the game not detecting the last goblin to kill, which causes it to skip the phase and jump to the next one, but I still need to investigate further.
Again, thank you so much for your comment, video, and feedback! I'm really glad to hear you had fun.
