Awesome! Hope to see more of your works! ✨✨

Thank you so much! It was a lot of work but very fun to do! 😊

Aww.. Moving out has a lot of emotional charge in the process, for sure... I definitely know it too...

Hope you are doing fine nowadays in your new space!  And keep making cool games!

This was a fun game! I love how you made it very atmospheric!! The monsters appearing out of nowhere were a nice mechanic! felt tense all the way!

Fun game, Marcus! ✨✨

That was an intersting take! I loved how you used the assets given! there is room for polish, but it's a solid start! Keep it up!😊

This  was a nice game! I love how you made the spider animation move! feels very organic!!

I felt a little bit overwhelmed with the amount of controls to master at once, but once I figured things out, I was able to navigate through the stage! Hope to see this fleshed out as a full game! great job for the time we had! ✨

That was a fun entry! The tiles falling remind me a lot of that DuckTales opening sequence part, haha! Great implementation of a vampire survivor genre! ✨

Awesome!! 💪💪✨

This is a very beautiful game! Love how the 'tiny world' theme was used here! the level design was also really well thought out! Kudos for the extra work in the scenery! Very cozy game! ✨

Thank you! Happy you like it! I'm always inspired by the classics... 😊

This is a beautiful game! I love how you guys incorporated the theme! The pixel art and sprite work are amazing! Love how you guys put together the fight system as well! The QTE is very balanced and leaves a room for the player to not be too penalized, while also making the combat more interactive than just pure commands!

Great homage to the big old titles! Creative name as well! haha! ✨

You guys had a great teamwork to put it all together! Would love to see this one as a full game!

Can't go wrong with smashing things around! 😝

Would love to see this one polished in the future! has potential!

This is such a beautiful game! I LOVE the pixel art work and how you tied up together within the theme!

It's a very unique platform concept that I haven't seen before! Very creative!

I really hope to see this one as a full game in the future! Great job! keep it up! ✨😊

I love the music and the voice! the pixel art animations are a real charm! I'm all up for strategy games and it's really nice to see what you have accomplished with the systems in this timeframe! Would love to see this game fleshed out more someday! ✨😊

Interesting game! Love how you put together the assets around the theme! To be frank I felt a bit lost in the beginning, but this one reminds me of 'Overcooked' and I always get lost playing that game, haha!

Great job!✨😊

Tried to play v2 here and after the dice rolled, everything went black...

Hope you guys manage to have something working someday! from the screenshots here it has lots of potential 💪💪

This is very solid! I like how you incorporated the theme in it! Strategy games are always fun to learn how the system works! Has a lot of potential for a full release! 😊

This is a really fun entry! I love how the assets are very neat! the asteroids splitting and explosions are really eyecatchy! Sound effects are spot on and the camera shake adds a nice touch! I almost could feel the keyboard vibrating while smashing them all!! Great job!! Would love to see this one fleshed out into a full game!✨😊

Means a lot you enjoyed exploration in the game! I might try to add it to the AGS website later ☺️..

The statue bug I have a note on it too, haha! The bottom floor walking area is one or two pixel smaller than the top one (I just eyeballed everything, haha) and if you don't touch the statue all way to the side, when it goes down, it has the risk of being stuck outside the bottom walking area 😅... I'll update this after the jam..

I did design the town to have two more NPCs that would give a third puzzle for the battery, but when I realized I overscoped a lot, I had to cut them out, and only added the "graphic" NPCs... Glad you were able to find the button and see the ending!

And there is no being good and bad in these games, it's just having a good time while exploring things ☺️

Again, thank you for taking the time! ✨✨

Thank you so much! Happy you had a great experience! ✨

Thank you for the detailed feedback!☺️✨

Yeah, the defaulf fps of the engine is 40, to emulate old games, but I'm almost sure it can be cranked up for a smoother experience... I'll definitely look this up..

The engine I used  was "Adventure Game Studio" and it's designed for this genre, while still being flexible for customization..

If you are interested in starting out, this tutorial here is a great inspiration!

Thank you so much for taking the time, Marcus! Means a lot! ✨✨☺️

Thank you!

Yeah, I grew up with some of those titles and it was an inspiration, for sure! ☺️

I'm really happy you liked it this much! Thank you so much for the compliment! Time management was hard but I'm happy I made sense out of what I put into..✨☺️

Thank you so much!

Yeah, that was a lot of work indeed, but it was worth it! Glad you had a good time!

Thank you so much! ✨☺️

Happy you liked it!

Haha, I'm happy you liked the funny reference I put there! And happy you enjoyed the gameplay!

And thank YOU for taking the time to play!

Happy you liked it this much and was able to enjoy the genre!✨

Happy you saw till the ending!

And same, hope Coco sees Tania soon!!✨☺️

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback!

Yeah, I prioritized other areas and just added the credits there with an "Esc" button skip.. didn't have time to set up a "speed up" function... Took notes here for an update after the jam 👍.

And makes me really happy you liked my art much more than the premade assets! This game was also a learning process for me, so I wanted to learn better the tool I used to design the level (LDtk) than to have everything beautiful... I indeed had planned initially to have the battery room "handmade" (with pillars resembling Duracell batteries, haha) but that would just take away time to code the puzzle, haha! But art cohesion is something I'll keep an eye for next time ✨☺️

Ok, I NEVER have thought that a numpad could be THIS fun!

This is genious! haha!

You created a nice engaging enticing fun puzle with a charming graphic in a very clever way!

Petition to make all keyboards come with led displays and this game installed! 😝

Haha, thanks for the compliment!

To be honest I just wanted to give it all to a project at least once, since most things I do end up in a drawer because of a 'better idea' and the 'next one'... so being able to finish something was my goal too.. But that came with lots of sacrifices in my end.. haha! My body is feeling it still and my workload piled up is overwhelming... 😅

I'll take a look at yours too ✨💪

Thank you so much!! Happy you enjoyed it! 😊✨

I put a lot of love in this project, happy I could make sense with tha assets provided!

Please do!

This has LOTS of potential avenues to explore! 💪💪

That was a very interesting take! I really liked how you made the rooms into memories!

The story is also very well put together! This was a great experience! ✨

This was really fun! Very well made!!

The art, animation and mechanics are great and polished! The theme was on spot too!! I loved the idea of walking to grow the  dung ball! Katamari vibes! haha

Great job to the team! ✨✨💪

This was beautifully executed!

I love the platform mechanics, the jump/dash strategy involved and how you guys guided the player through the stages.. the environment feels fantastic and magical and I would love to see this fleshed out as a full game!

Great entry! ✨✨

Lots of love put into this project! The monster feels overwhelming because of the sheer size difference! Great art and animations too! ✨

Thank you so much!

Yeah, old classic point and click games can be really hard, so I tried to make this one accessible to people as much as possible and signposted everything.. haha

Glad you had a good time with it!

Aw! Thank you so much! Means a lot!

Glad you enjoyed it this much! ✨😊

Haha, I love how you managed to make something relatable from real life into a game mechanic! That was very clever! Loved the atmosphere too! Doggos running on a sunny day sounds really fun!

Controls and camera are super smooth too! loved how the chikens behaved when you run into them!

Lots of thought put into this one! ✨🐺
