I really liked this. I especially liked your visual and your implementation of the theme. This was great, congratulations!

I can't believe how much you got done in such a short time, amazing!

this was pretty fun and just unexpected, good job!

Thank you to all that have taken the time to play this game, rate it and leave feedback.
It is VERY encouraging hearing that the game itself is fun and I am seriously considering expanding this with tight mechanics, more tiles, more levels and doing a small Steam release.
If I don't get to write a reply to your comment, I apologize, I just don't have the time at the moment, but please rest assure that I read EVERY comment and I am truly grateful for your feedback.
Thank you all!

Thank you! That feedback is greatly appreciated and I will definitely take it into account if expand the game!

Thank so much for such detailed feedback! I can say other share your opinion and if I expand on this game after the jam, those will all definitely be improvements to make.
Thanks again for playing!

Thank you so much for playing! If I decide to expand on this game I will definitely tighten up the controls.
Walking on the tiles was emergent gameplay, but I might leave it in the form of a power up because some people like it because it made it easier to solve some puzzles.

Thank you so much for playing it. The mechanic you mention is emergent gameplay. I could fix it, but I've heard of a couple of people liking it because it made the game a bit easier.
So I think that if I expand this game to a full Steam release, I would maybe add that as a power up you could use once or twice per level.
Thanks again for your feedback and for playing my game!

Thank you so much for playing of for beating it!
I truly appreciate it. And yes, that is exactly where the inspiration came from.
thank you again for your feedback and time. I'm glad you had fun!

Thank you for playing and for your feedback. I think others share your opinion and if I extend this to a full game I will definitely be adding that play mode for lower stress sessions.

Thank you so much for playing and for your kind words!

Thank you so much for playing, I am glad to hear you had fun. I think maybe this game has potential for me to polish after the jam, add more levels, tiles and maybe game styles and then do a small Steam release.

Thank you, you nailed it! That's exactly where the inspiration came from (combined with a little bit of circuit design).
Thank you also for playing this and taking the time to leave a comment. it's always appreciated!

I think we had a very similar idea for our submissions! I had fun playing your game, congratulations on your submission!

This was fund and I would like to see something like this developed even further like more attack progression so you can easily make short work of those lunging fast enemies - they are tough!

It warms my hear to hear such positive feedback, thank you.
I am glad you enjoyed it. It makes me want to tighten it up more after the game jam and expand the levels.
I will be sure to check out Germ Survivor as well, thank you!

Thank you so much for playing it, I also had fun playing your submission! Your feedback is appreciated and I'll take it into consideration if I decide to expand this game for Steam.

This is a pretty cool, tight game. Well done!

Thank you for giving this another shot... I wonder if the janky controls people are mentioning count as a "bug" to fix for the jam...
As a puzzle game fan, I am really interested in your opinion, do you think there's enough here to expand this into a polished, 30-40 minute game for Steam?

Pretty tight gameplay, good game!

This seems like a pretty polished, tight game. But I have to say, what drew me to it was the title! "Yoink!" just reminds me of The Simpsons, haha! Anyway, congratulations on your submission!

Pretty interesting concept, congratulations on your submission!

Pretty interesting concept, congratulations on your submission!

This was pretty fun, good job! I enjoyed the aesthetics and the multiple options for playing.

Thank you so much! This feedback is quite encouraging.
I also had a lot of fun with Tiny Dungeon Courier, good luck in the jam!

Pretty cool game, I think if you wanted to, this could be developed into a larger game. Great submission!

Great twits on the established formula, I liked having to put the turrets together. And this looks pretty polished!

The controls took a little bit to figure out, but once they clicked it, I really enjoyed this, and the aesthetics are top notch. Great game!

This is great! This is one of my favorite types of games and it's impressive you've been able to do in such a short time. Congratulations!

This seems pretty impressive for such a short time. And I really appreciate the time speedup option! Congratulations!

This was pretty fun to play, I enjoyed the simple twist on a classic arcade formula. Great game!

This seems to have a lot of potential, I didn't quite get how to plant the crops, but I had fun trying to defend myself at night. Great job with this one!

Seems like an interesting concept, I wonder how it would look if there was more time to polish!
Great work on the submission!

Man, I wanted to play this because I saw we used the same assets for our games, but unfortunately I don't have a machine to play it!

Man, this looks fun from the screenshots, unfortunately  I don't have a windows machine to play it!

Simple, solid, timeless. It really reminded me just a classic arcade game and I mean that as a compliment.
Great job, especially for 48 hrs worth of work. Sorry to read about your development woes!

Wow, congratulations! You guys put together a pretty cool complete experience - hard to believe this is just 10 days worth of work, great job!

I loved all the little polishes in this game, how the stars appear/and disappear  only when you jump, the sound design perfectly sets the atmosphere and even the little rotating eyes during the title screen. Amazing mood setters all of them, congratulations!

Haha, I know exactly the mechanic you mean. I was using it during testing too.

I didn't have time to fix it during the jam, but if you think this game can be fun, I will definitely polish it after the jam ends and maybe release an extended version on Steam.

Thank you so much for playing and for leaving feedback, I really appreciate it and I'll be sure to play Escape the System as well!

That's great feedback, thank you. I think I will go back and polish this a bit more after the jam ends.

Thank you for playing and rating the game, I truly appreciate it and I'll be sure to play Micromancer as well!
