How does your game fit the theme?
The centrepiece of the game is the double pendulum, an incredibly erratic and unpredictable structure that swings wildly and out of control. The double pendulum has no predictible movements, instead you have to accept your lack of control of its motion and to embrace its chaos to survive.

A lovely little minigame! For one, I always respect a nice Pico-8 game, and secondly, the visual and sound design are simple, but very good for this style of game. The sound effects were great, I could watch that pendulum swing around for far too long, and I could easily see myself losing a long time to this little gem. Nice work!

Also, here's some bad fan art for you:

Thanks! Love the fan art. I'll put it on my fridge.

Super cool game that kept making me say "one more run"! The sound effects were super satisfying and the gameplay was really nice, I even managed to slip between the two balls in one of them. Really well done!

Short and sweet. Besides the lack of music, it was well done! There isn't much to complain about since it's a really simple game, which is fair considering it's a game jam. Though i can see it being a mobile game that i play a few times while bored.

The fact that it all looks like it's taking place inside a clock's face is fantastic. It reminds me of this unforgivable Let's Get Creative fellow...

Solid gameplay, taunting with "mere 60 seconds" made me spend more time than I should have trying to battle against fate...

Small scope, but very clean execution. Could do with some prediction as to how the rotation speed will change before it actually changes, also maybe make it a platformer?

I really like this submission, its a simple concept, which is easy to pick up yet hard to master. I love the presentation and how tight everything feels. Great work!! :))

Fun and simple game, only problem is, there's very little space, so it's really luck based

Tough to play but fun to keep trying again and again. Great job!

Quite fun :D. I really see this game scaled up so many players can play it with joystick, like a fun party game. Nice!

The double pendulum! A very original representation of the theme! The gameplay itself is simple and intuitive. I managed to get a highscore of 400. I'm not the best at these kind of games, but I'm proud of this achievement.

Thanks for sharing this! I played this longer than I should have :D

This is great! While designing my own game I considered my own version of a double pendulum mechanic. Ultimately I didn't pursue it but it's really cool to see someone who took a similar approach to me with this jam.

This game felt great to play, there are few mechanics but each one feels sufficiently juicy. Great work!

I can see myself spending lots of quarters on this! Good stuff, love the chaos
