Great work. Absolutely loved the visuals. Getting in a flow of splitting and combining was a lot of fun!

How does your game fit the theme?
The two controlled ships can merge together into a faster form, in order to get all collectibles you have to split and combine at the right time.

It feels sooo smooth and fun to play! Great job !!
( also had the feeling that it could make a great rhythm game lol
Nice art, gameplay, game idea and everything. I liked the forgiving restart and checkpoint. Really fun game
I'm a sucker for a good synthwave/vaporwave aesthetic, and this game does it well!
The connect/disconnect was definitely a unique interpretation in this game. And like I already did tell Sleeper_, the transformation does last a little too long for some of the connections to work probably and it felt like it was not my fault for the crash. It's always best to keep animations snappy and functional and not let it overtake the action, as tempting as it is for us animators! Games like these definitely need a lot of direct control after all.
Other then that, it was a really unique and interesting game to play. Took me a few to get grips with it. Great work, and my gosh does it feel polished for 2 days!
This a great entry. I didn't have any issues but wanted to add that I feel like it would make a great rhythm game (though you'd have to modify the formula a bit).
Really sweet concept. I enjoyed the back and forth between separated and joined modes a lot. The acceleration of being joined together was fun and challenging. I did end up running into walls right after separating often but this isn't really my genre, so maybe a better player would've been able to navigate those tight switches. All in all a great experience, well done
Interesting twist of a game. Hard to master fully which helps with replay value. Love the art used.
Mhm I see, I think I meant the action of combining, the combined state was actually really fun to me. Being split was more difficult so I can see why you would stay combined esoecially as you are forcing the player to be combine with the walls.
Though you are rewarding changing forms with the points and I also really like the mechanics so I think this definitly works with just a few tweaks.
Some additonal things I noticed:
The tutorial is super well done! It being interactive and waiting for the player to do the thing. A+
Another thing I liked is that you controls the split ships with wasd and mouse, some games this jam did split controlls with wasd and arrow keys and that didn't feel nearly as good.
Fantastic game with a great amount of polish and cool concept. One small note is that you can allow the drone to merge with a click instead of combining it by bringing it down or maybe make the drone merge faster as some parts of the level require you to merge instantly.
Amazing aret and music! the gameplay is very well polished too! I'm seriously impressed! I was a little confused how to use the ship when combined at first but once i figured it out i couldn't stop playing! great work!
great entry! played on stream with my kids and they had great fun turning it into a co-op game :P
Fantastic! This split mechanic is so smart, and even though I was terrible at it at first, I got used to it by Track B and then I flew through it. Really impressive visuals, and a well polished racing experience too. Great job!
absolutely 5 stars. Beautiful scenery, interesting gameplay loop that is not too easy but not too hard, fun idea that i've personally never seen before. Also i'm a sucker for vaporwave aesthetic so you got me there as well. One thing i could suggest, maybe make the transitions faster? other than that it's amazing and definitely add more tracks
Great game !!!
I love the artstyle, the concept and the whole experience great work.
As my only constructive feedback, I feel like there is nothing to force players to separate. Maybe if you ad a cooldown or something to force players to separate and grab the blue and yellow rings too. Right now there is nothing that stops me from just flying the entire level.
This game has potential with a bit more polish, great job !!
Please take some time to review my game if you can.
Really lovely game! As others have already noted the pacing could be better, but its just an incredibly solid entry!
Wow, this was really nice, i really liked the idea of using the mouse to control the drone, pretty good
