How does your game utilize the limitation and theme?
For the limitation, the player has to literally collect themselves, retrieving their body parts in order to perform tasks like jumping, wall jumping, and dashing. I used the theme as the structure for my level design: the player has to go "there" in one direction in each level, and in the next, starts in the same spot as the end of the previous level and has to go "back" in the other direction.

Great game!

I dont know why but, I really had difficulty when i played it. Logic is good. I like the now playing pop-up. Level designs, sound effects, graphics are good. Nice work.

I like the idea and the art implementation. The small details, like the typing effect with the cursor when you spawn back is really nice! I struggled with the controls tho. For a platform game like that, I would want tighter controls. The ball might spin and get speed faster but have less friction or something. Overall pretty great, congrats for your entry!

This game is very unique and interseting! Good job.

Physics platformers are always super interesting. They can be both hilarious and fun and also bang your head on a wall frustrating depending on precise player input. I have to admit, I wanted to bang my head against the wall a few times, but I assume that's kind of the point ;) fun idea!

I like how you introduced a bunch of different mechanics with each level to keep things interesting and the music was really chill. It was cool how you credit the music in game with a spotify type pop up, very cool. I also liked the changing expressions on the players face.

Overall it was a fun game if a bit too hard, would probably benefit from some tighter controls. Great work.

It's a very nice idea, but the movement feels a little too floaty and hard to control, and one of the first levels where you learn how to jump, the ramp makes you jump just enough so you miss the actual jump. Really difficult game and barely passed the first levels! Also i don't see the 'there and back' part, but maybe that's just me.

I literally couldn't get past the tutorial level showing you the jump mechanic. I tried legitamately over 20 times and kept falling short or hitting the first jump then dying on the next one.

Nice style but and variety in movement, but difficult controls/learning curve.
-Favorite thing was the animation of the smiley and the way it transformed with the parts gained.
-Though that also made it difficult to tell when you were on a platform etc, which is more critical for a game like this. And the somewhat awkward controls being introduced in difficult environments with spikes etc made it hard to learn.

I really like the looks of this game! The lofi beats really got me to relax after a stressful week of jamming. Next time, maybe make the game support wasd and space to jump, since a lot of people (like me) is used to the controls. The controls were a bit funky, but it was still interesting to play.  A fun little physics platformer 😉

I loved the esthetics! But the controls were really complicated in my opinion and I almost coudn't go pass the jump tutorial level.

Nice game. I love the use of the emojis and how you managed to use the theme. I would really appreciate it if you could check out and rate my game.

Cool game! The springy animations and effects fits with the emojis and the overall artstyle of the gamee.

It was a litle bit hard for me to control.

Hope you can check my game and give me some feedback too!

good job with the artwork, and the music was very soothing! i love the concept of "collecting" yourself as the player, but the controls are too difficult to get that idea across. Hopefully you can fix it in the future, I think this has a lot of potential.

Very interesting game! I think with a little bit of polish on the controls would be really fun and interesting. I like the mechanic of picking up a single powerup and plan how to use them. Really creative, the controls just feel a little slippery. Tighten them up and you'll have a really great game!

Questions:
Q: Wow this game is hard
A: It wasn’t supposed to be :(

Q: The game controls badly
A: I know (I don’t think I’m allowed to fix that during the voting period.)

Q: This sounds like copyrighted music
A: You probably have heard some of these songs if you listen to lo-fi on a regular basis. I checked all their licenses; they are under Creative Commons Share-Alike licenses, so they can be used for anything so long as you give them proper attribution (which I did). All the songs can be found in the Credits! If you have any questions about the licenses, just message me.
