Saw this mentioned in the Discord, so decided to give it a go! Really impressed with how good the gameplay feels, especially the feedback from shooting enemies. This is the kind of polish a newbie like myself finds inspiring, you know? As for criticism, movement feels a bit sticky sometimes, but I think it's more a matter of getting used to the controls. Some more weapon and enemy (especially boss) variety can make potential future versions really shine! Keep up the great work!
Very clean, but I think a diffrent button setup (for example, space bar to shoot and WASD for movement) could have been a slight improvement
I enjoyed it! The different enemies were cool. The gun effects weren't always intuitive though! I mean, duck bomb is obvious, but I feel like the random ammo took more away from the game then put in. Maybe if it was more like Super Crate Box, where you picked up the ammo, and if you didn't want to grab a certain ammo, you had to think of ways to move around it. Does that make sense?
I suppose it does. I was aware of the fact that people will have different preferences for the type of ammo they're using but that's the point of the game really. You aren't in control of your ammo and so you must kill an enemy quickly with it to get a more preferable type of ammo. I suppose I could the make the ammo a little more obvious to the player. I really liked having to figure out where you can cross over to save the blue people in the middle of a fight. I was playing with all arrow keys and it was a little confusing to have the shoot/dash controls not flip. Great job!
Pretty difficult but a lot of fun, really good job on this. Main feedback would be that it was sometimes difficult to understand what bullets did. I had a lot of fun playing this though. good job!
Honestly one of the best games I played so far :D REALLY nicely done
only thing I had to get used to is to switch lanes on opposite direction key. I would have prefered space or something but thats maybe just my personal taste
animations are simple but so sick and the game flow is perfect! I added it to my collection to play it again once in a while. I hope you keep updating it!

I love the variety of weapons and the core gameplay. I would weigh your options of having the cycle of weapons be predictable or randomly determined (i.e. being able to count on a duck bomb, or getting a duck bomb randomly).
I'd love for there to be more sounds for the little things -- zipping around on the line, scientists screaming, glass breaking when it's shot out -- there's a lot of potential even with what you already have.
If this were an arcade cabinet, I would lose a lot of quarters to this bad boy getting my initials up on the leaderboard. Outstanding!
This was really cool! Could easily spend hours playing this. I love the enemies that climb down the rope so you're forced to switch sides, and the different weapons are really fun (love the duck bombs!) I didn't realize switching sides stuns enemies so that was really useful once I figured it out
