I almost managed to catch up with STEEEVE, but not quite!
I have a few questions. Why do the chickens explode when I touch them? They'd even run directly into me sometimes and go poof in a cloud of red. Also, do I really need to spook them for them to lay their eggs? The eggs seemed to get produced quite far away from where I was, and not by the ones I was chasing around.
Any game with the controls 'Left Click To Bark' is an instant winner.
HAHA Nice run! Chickens are very fragile creatures ya know… Nah, it was just a way to bump up the challenge a bit and end the game without a countdown timer.
And yah, you do actually need to spook them. Randomness dictates when they actually lay the egg, so sometimes they’ll wander far away from you before laying. If you had one chicken on the board and never spooked it, it would never lay an egg. Oh, and getting close enough to the chicken counts as spooking it, so you don’t technically need to bark for them to lay an egg. If they do the chicken scream and run away, they got spooked.
That’s actually how the game started out early in the week. One chicken and the dog player. Then once I had that working pretty well, I tested out what a ton of chickens would feel like and really liked it.
I immediately started to kill the chickens and thought that "damn this is brutal" but quickly realized you are supposed to collect dem EGGS not murder chickens. Nice game! Had fun!

Well done. The beams of light showing where the eggs are was a very good decision. Why were the chickens constantly exploding though?! Mouse look felt a bit sensitive but overall the movement was fluid and intuitive

Love to play as a fog, didn’t really understood why the chicken exploded? Is it criticism on factory farming? Will never know.
decreasing the value when the eggs were older was nicely implemented. Really gave it an incentive to be quick
It got to a point here where those chickens were suicide bombing me. They just ran into me and exploded! I got 83, which wasnt enough to get into the Leaderboard (nice feature by the way). This was a fun little experience so good job.

Entertaining and cool. I like the chicken AI. Only things that I do not buy is the blood splatter/killing. It kinda spoils the low poly cartoony whimsy vibe. Maybe puff of smoke and chicken dissapearing/popping like balloon would fit more. Good job!
Fun game, LOVE the exploding chickens; the first time a chicken ran into me while I was not moving. Also some funny bugs a few times with chickens exploding on touching trees lol. Liked the bark mechanic, feel like with more time, the game play could be tighter with dog barks in certain proximity causing egg laying.
