nice simple game. well done for getting it done and submitted with a WebGL build. You should definitely look at seeing what features you could add to it. Anything you like the idea of :) get imaginative with it, and have fun

Well done getting through the basic 3D tutorial for Godot! As someone else mentioned, try adding different mechanics when following along with a tutorial to help reinforce learning.

Submitted

Fun little game. Good job!

Submitted

Good job with the game. I haven't used Godot before and I'm not familiar with their tutorials. I hope you enjoyed learning about 3D in Godot. Keep it up!

ive done this starter godot tutorial a few times before so i understand what you went through to get this done. when you  do tutorials try and add new things to the tutorials, try and change the colors, make them glow, maybe have them shoot, add maze levels, something different. also the music was way too loud, start learning about how to add an escape menu with sound controls. keep working on it, things only get easier.

Good job - it’s fun to play and good music!

Well done making your first 3D game and first game jam! You have a great foundation here for a game you can work more on if you're interested :-D I hope you've had a good time making this and enjoyed taking part in the game jam!

It took me a sec to learn how to kill enemies. Nice idea and I like the minimalist aesthetics.
If you want to take this further, make it so that you can change the direction with the mouse, that would make it easier to aim and hop.
But hey, your first submission, congrats and keep it up. Good work!

Keep trying, don't give up.

Interesting idea, but I’m not quite sure yet how to score points?

Sorry.... very new to this! I'll need to add a quick 'How To' at the beginning. You press space bar to jump and land on top of the enemies.

Submitted

Ah, I see! The system is quite challenging. You could also add your how-to directly to the game description on itch.io—then it’s right below the game and easy for everyone to try it out :)

I really like that you bounce a bit when you hit an enemy - it’s a fun system that opens up cool combo possibilities. But sometimes you still die even though it feels like you’ve hit something. Maybe the player should be given a bit more room for error :D
