I love the unique concept. My wife was only the other day asking why so few dog games in general. Nice and simple mechanics and intuitive gameplay. I like the dog model you used. The leaderboard was a fun addition, but I failed to get anywhere near the leaders with only 114 eggs.
Only bit I didn't like/understand was the chickens getting killed by running into you. That part didn't really make sense to me or were you aiming for a chicken version of Lemmings?
Good game and brilliant work on making this in the 10 days.
Thanks for checking it out! Yah, I was struggling to figure out how to end the game. I didn’t want to use a standard countdown timer, but maybe that would have been better.
I spooked the chickens so hard they turned into a red mist!
Love the addition of the leaderboard, I only got 217 myself.
The one little tweak I'd suggest is a modification to the score counter sound, it was a little repetitive.
Overall an entertaining experience!
This was fun but too many eggs for me to handle lol!

This game was fun, I love the dog animations and the feel playing plus sound effects was really cool! I AM confused about why the chickens can get squished /killed as a game mechanic perspective as it didnt seem to hinder me(?), but it was fun to do. In some ways it was more fun to kill the chickens than get the eggs. I'd rate this: Spontaneous combusting chickens / 10 xD - Congrats on making your game for the jam!

Right on with this game. The mouse was giving me issues to turn. I love the look and I was surprised that I need to scare, and not accidentally stomp on, the chickens. Way to go!
As it's a game about a dog I immediately approve. Wasn't expecting the chickens to be an obstacle at first but I think that only made it better. XD
Finally, a game where I can live out my fantasies chasing and
killingscaring chickens! Well done :)Was confusing at first, would have helped to put one egg in front of the player at the start to immediately get it. Also the sound of getting points was very confusing at first, it sounds like an alert and I thought I was doing something wrong. Overall nice work!

Wow! A leaderboard! Such a nice feature! Overall I really enjoyed the game - the dog is lovely, eggs are fun to catch... But I'm very surprised by how many of them I killed. I'm truly a menace!

My only critique would be to make the rocks more grey instead of white, as at first I thought they were the eggs we're supposed to collect (I hadn't yet seen a proper egg with a beam on it). But nicely done!

lol I thought the goal was to kill chickens and I was like "Dang this is hard" but I redid my run and didn't miss the voice line to collect eggs. Did a lot better the second time around but dang those are some sucidal chickens lol. I was just standing still waiting for them to clear out of a pile of eggs and they all ran into me lol. This was a fun little game :)

The goal was to kill as many chickens as possible right? Because I did that super well. I enjoyed my time; it is fun to see a leaderboard. The beginning is quite strong as there is a lot of chaos and eggs to get which was a lot of fun. Good game.
