To be honest Never heard of it, but sounds like a game jam challenge. Had another comment suggesting renpy. Pretty sure this wasn’t my last Visual Novel. Thank you for the kind words and the recommendation

Thank you for the kind words. To be honest, where I’m from most small towns only accept one opinion. Deviation wasn’t really appreciated. But yeah some nuanced comments needed to be cut for the sake of time and pacing.

Yeah I’m on the road to getting healthy again and motivated to keep developing.

great game. I was bad shooting from an helicopter, but that is on my part. I like the humor in the Page description, but also the Announcer telling “KINK CONNECTION!” had me laughing. It took me some time in the beginning to see the people.

great concept for the Game Jam theme.

The dialogues are funny and well written. Sometimes they vanished too quickly. I mean it takes some time to find the meaning in those word salads.

interesting concept, fitting the theme. Unable to walk diagonally was a little annoying. It could be a fun addition to combine some objects to get to the topic, not only find the correct one.

thank you, I will keep this in mind

many thanks for playing the game and the extensive feedback.

and yes I’m nearly back to full health. spending the Weeks with playing games really helped

Thank you for the feedback. Can you elaborate on the Improvement? Just some polishing or any special thing on your mind?

Thank you for the suggestion. Maybe in a future jam I’ll set this as a learning goal (similar to this one trying out Godot), but to be honest even though I love Story games I prefer “Walking Sims” to Visual Novels. And than I come back to Unreal Engine like my Main Project Odium but yeah Save Game Feature is always a hassle.

My initial idea was to have some emotions via the faces, or background colors. But due to deadline I had to scrap it. Totally get your point, and will keep it in mind.

many thanks for the hints and feedback.

Very smooth climbing. And the Footsteps, perfect!

sadly I couldn’t test it out, the browser Version didn’t load neither with brave nor Edge

I was so close coming home to that casserole… and then came those pesky employee… interesting concept. maybe a checkpoint would be nice, but otherwise solid stealth game with great Voice acting

Pretty neat to see an Unreal Engine game as Web Build. This is definitly something they should also add the the 5 Version.

thank you for Plying. happy to hear, you enjoyed the humor.

and yes, back at home on the way of recovery. Best way to spend now the time is playing a lot of the Game Jam Games.

the dials were pretty hard to tune with mouse, and when I switched to keyboard most calls just vanish, after couple of seconds of tuning. Still great idea for the Jam Theme.

I wasn’t emotionally ready for this game. The end left me weeping.

I’m normally not the biggest fan of Platformer, but I just wanted to get the tiny hedgehog out of the cave back to their mother. The skills, and the progression are well made.

I loved the fact in the intro, that they were 2D Characters, and when they turned they had no depth. Total Rollercoaster of emotions.

Overall Masterpiece of a GameJam game

Hadn’t expected that level of Voice acting. Still some notes/subtitles would be helpful. Had sometimes trouble understanding them correctly. And those cables where wonky.

That was some multitasking stress. but in the best possible sense. Was really fun walking the robot, fighting the enemies and also flying the drone. Well done

fun puzzle game. Only thing which was a little annoying when I had to scroll because the “board” became to big. Additional zooming would make it probably easier to keep an overview.

Thank you!

If I had more time, I would have written a specific ending for each failure. So it wouldn’t be for nothing but at the end I had only 2 “Game Over” and one “You won” text.

Thank you.

Yeah, I know the feeling. The Gamer in us always wanna ask every question there is. But this isn’t how you connect to most people, right?

I wish you best of luck. There is already a foundation, and with some additional work you can make it.

This is a great idea fitting for the theme but also as a game idea in general.

Did I miss anything? Is there something more to it then going left and right with some jumps? Some key bindings and a task would be helpful.

great idea for a puzzle game. Sad that there are only two level.

nice.

what a cool, I would say Puzzle Game. My Brain is a little too dumb for thinking with angles, but nevertheless great game

Thank you.

Ovani, for me is by far the best provider for music, with their widgets. Always sounds great.

Very nice concept of a Tower Defense Game. Maybe the Balance needs some tweaking, like Road or Tower Upkeep or make it more attractive to keep the Towers close to the Towns and not adding more towers than Trees.

Still, solid Jam entry

That would make a fantastic addition. Can’t imagine how hard it would be to implement it.

You make me blush. Many thanks for the kind words

Thank you

Thank you. I always prefer games with a good story, and I wanna share this with the players

pretty hard game, but nice concept. A possibility to regain health or disable enemies could improve it

Just an idea, add some text on your itch page, to make it more appeasing to download it.

I mean Marketing is also a big part of Game Development.

I second the other comments here, also I wanna add, maybe reduce the Collision a little between the obstacles and the Cable. Pretty sure some hits shouldn’t be registered, on the other side I nearly missed the Inlet and still stayed on the same level.

I would say you prioritized correctly. For only 10 days there is only so much a person can do. And getting an enjoyable game out of it is an huge achievement. Everything else can be done afterwards

thanks to the upgrades between runs I could manage to survive the storms (barely). great idea, and the last 60 sec getting stressful. maybe Increase giving the player the option to increase the time, would make it interesting for consecutive runs.

just an idea for the next iteration: implement a way to close the game without Alt+F4 Otherwise keep at it. take your time after the jam.

Dog as protagonist. Game is an instant banger. Really enjoyed the game, only the platforming need some improvement. with the dash it was manageable, but definitely not the strong suit. Maybe some health to “punish” reckless behavior. But still fun

I always enjoy when Developer adding a “easy” way out.

thank you. I’m very happy you enjoyed it, even though it is not you kind of game.
