Cool idea and great execution. Loved the visuals and sounds as well!

Music and art are good. I agree with the critique here. Especially how the winning strategy is by doing nothing at all as pointed out by Zax37. Could definitely have slightly more you can do as a player like being able to capture someone because you knew you could do it instead of it being luck based. Good job!
Very nice idea for the game, I would love to see it expanded further! I like the pixel art . Nice job!
I like the idea, but I don't think you thought out the rules well. You first start getting score after first shot, but stop getting score when you fail to get someone under your control. Then it starts again when you fill (almost fill?) the reputation bar? So the winning strategy is to do nothing at all.
Shouldn't the probability of getting someone under your control depend on your score instead of the reputation? Or maybe it would make more sense if those two were one thing? Randomness doesn't feel right (I had 3 or 4 consequent fails on a guy with 20 rep) and the map is pretty empty.
I like the shader you've used :)
I like the concept but may be it could have been executed a little better. Feels like a normal shooter with not much going on in the level. (I really shouldn't be saying this because even my game is kind of like that, anyways its my feedback). Presentation is very well done.
GODOT BOOIIIZ!! Love our engine.
This is a cool idea. It'd be fun to play it multiplayer. Almost reminds me of an IO game.
Interesting take on the concept, controls a bit difficult to get used to but quite enjoyable
Nice job! Though I never really figured out why sometimes my shooting worked and other times it didn't :/
I liked the concept. Ican't wait to see a more polished version.
The only problem is that it is difficult to distinguish the ones you can shoot an the others.
I thought this was a unique take on the idea, and I also liked the aesthetics :) Nice job
Looks and controls nicely; I often found myself lost though - there's certainly more to it than RNG but it felt like that was the 'out of control' part, which RNG always is. Might be something to do with not having strong reactions in the game, you're 'winning' you shoot someone, bar goes down, do it again, screen goes dark, "oh I lost". There's a nice opportunity to have some chaotic reaction from the people you shoot or some stronger feedback - either way it's an interesting interpretation that can certainly be further explored!
I really like the aesthetic of this game! The core game mechanic is really cool as well and definitely could be expanded upon on a post-jam version!
This game has a really cool concept! I like the more randomized element of who you can control and who you can't, and it's got a fun look! Good job.
