This is rad--I hope you turn this into a mobile game. The text is a little hard to read on the UI--a 1px drop shadow would help a lot, I think.

Good job! I found it too hard to play, though, I think a simpler game would fit into 64x64 resolution more. Texts and symbols were hard to understand.

Good job you did, guys!

Wow what a great game, gave me a great sense of nostalgia! I love what you did with this, only thing is text is hard to read but with what little space you had this was the most you could get out of these pixels. Awesome job!

Love the color you used. And you communicated your systems in a way that I figure out what was going on with the various battle mechanics, even just going off by the small pieces of visual info that was there.

The text can be a little hard to read though.

Text a bit hard to read at times, but could certainly have seen this as great little Game Gear/Atari Lynx style game back in the day!

Really nicely done. The battle mechanics were just the kind I like in a game like this. I dunno if you were going for a hyper-retro feel with the messed up font, but it's the only thing that bugged me.. Otherwise, great - looking forward to a post jam version..

Very well-made. Has a bit of a grinding aspect to it.

Love it. Absolutely awesome concept and execution. Guide was instrumental in learning to play. I had to reference it quite a few times. Felt very nostalgic for me. Great work!

Just like I expected, this was pretty nice, man! It was difficult to get into at first, since the text in-game is near impossible to read, so I had to read the guide on the game's page, but once I understood it, it was very good. Beautiful graphics, too.

Very nice concept. Great sound and graphics. The only thing I don't like are the fonts. They're really hard to read.

Great concept, would make a nice smartwatch game! Very nice art on the 'cutscenes', also liked the music. Good luck!

too complicated / difficult to understand for me :) but very nice.

I should have read the instructions before playing

I found the game enjoyable overall, but the fonts are a little unreadable, especially on the character selection screen.

Looking forward to learning all the mechanics and venturing forth!

Great art and music. Text was difficult to read and individual character wrap was confusing. The pixel art and layout were fantastic though. The symbols made it clear what I was doing and most skills only took minor guessing and checking to figure them out. Overall a fun experience, good job!

Lovely graphics. I included it in my compilation video series of the Low Rez Jam games, if you would like to take a look :)

I almost died to the first ratmen xD Your game is really impressive :) The art looks top notch and polished, the sound is super atmospheric. And the amount of content impressed me the most.
