Really clever puzzler. Well done !

This game is so smart, i love how the puzzles gradually teach you the mechanics and then each level builds on what you have learnt

i would love to see this in an official release

Amazing puzzle and level design! Art is simple but very effective.

Simple !

Great puzzle game! I liked how much there was you could do with a single block + object to rotate around. The game length and order in which the levels were presented felt perfect.

I wonder how much more depth there is to explore by having multiple claws per level?

Really fantastic puzzle design! I could easily see this expanded into a full puzzle game with a few more mechanics. Even the couple of mechanics you already have provide a lot of depth. Great work! :)

Very neat! There's a surprising amount of interesting setups with this mechanic, and the puzzles and audio-visual presentation make it very satisfying to play around with. The future ideas you listed sound very interesting too!

Also, about an unrelated matter, is there some way I could contact or message you? I couldn't find any way to, through Itch or anywhere else. Thanks!

Much appreciated! I don't post much there but feel free to DM me on twitter @JunerRich

Thanks! I will. I think you'll need to either follow me or change the setting to allow DMs.

Very very excellent! It's so hard to have a good gauge on having a good level of difficulty for players, and I feel like this perfectly walks the line of being challenging but being very solvable, and giving ONLY enough information needed to get to your solution. Really really well designed puzzles, way to go.

Loved the well designed puzzles and the elegant aesthetic. A flawless game jam puzzle game.

This is the most unique and interesting take I've seen on the physically-linked character puzzle games in this jam so far.  Well done!

Also, undo in Pico-8 is a surprise and a treat.

Wonderfully fun game. Has a great ramp up in difficulty with some real brain teasers. Very nice graphics and music. A great exploration of a small mechanical set does well. The one mechanic I felt confusing was that you could only separate if the hook was attached to a red peg. I kept trying to by moving the hook against walls.

Developer(+1)

Much appreciated! Yeah, the claw separation rules being unintuitive was a big concern. Was hoping with a little extra time that I could add some visual feedback to indicate it was "separatable" while holding onto a peg, e.g. having it "powered on", but definitely needs a bit of thought.

I can't take credit for the music - that's free use from Pico-Tunes Volume 1, composed by Gruber!

Really thoughtful mechanics and puzzles, I thought the claw was like a magnet and that helped me visualise a lot of the levels. Had a ton of fun working out these puzzles, the difficulty curve was really good!

really nice puzzles; I was pretty stumped a few times and had to come back to finish this. you’ve found an impressive amount of interesting ideas from such a simple-seeming premise! great presentation too (backgrounds, curtains, undo)

I felt a bit odd to me that the “separate from your claw by pushing it against a wall” mechanic only works if the claw is on a red peg (but I can imagine how that restriction is very helpful for puzzle design)

Really cool concept and a looot of levels which is really cool !

Fantastic all-around. Love the way the game teaches mechanics and then builds on them.
