This is all great!  I love how the icons are clear indicators along with the colors, I love the combinations and their different functions, and the traversal variety you put in and how it fits together with the mechanic - I think the only part of this that was unintuitive for me was something to do with jumping - I wasn't clear on whether a high jump was for holding it down longer or for using both space and up (something I tend to naturally just do a lot for whatever reason), and there were also times that a single jump that ended up near a corner did another jump automatically without meaning to, so maybe there's something going on there.  To be clear, that did NOT detract from my experience of the game significantly.
This is amazing, great job!  Thanks for making it ^_^

Loving the game! Wife created the artwork and it feels pretty cool to get to play what I heard y'all discussing and seeing it grow. Great job guys!

I'd like to be able to use the Q and E keys to swap between characters that way players don't have to rotate through all of them.

Only other thing I'd recommend is making the gem icons that need to be found a bit smaller. I felt they were taking up too much real estate.

The color/element puzzles are really great! I love combining and swapping characters all over each level.

Great job! This combination main mechanic is a great idea, and the levels you made work really well and create challenging and thought provoking puzzles. The backtracking and multiple different combinations were very well utilized via level design, which is dope. Good job on your sub! :)

Really cool concept! I also really like how the little people look, pretty easy to understand the powers and how they all work! Nice going, it works really well. Very high marks!
Good job to the two of you, keep it up! : )

Cool mechanic well presented :D

I'm hooked, the mechanic is simple but has a wide range of applications which is really nicely shown in the different levels. The cutscenes really sell the atmosphere and to be honest, I want to know more about that world, who are these 3 explorer, whose temple is it, who are the people at the end, why do they have powers, so many questions!

I really liked how the controls are shown in game as painting on the wall, making the immersion even better!

A little nitpicking, in the level where the ice platform is introduced, it took me a while to realize that I need to ice on the leak on the wall, I tough there was a glitch in the texture in the wall without realizing that it was the solution, maybe my brain is a bit slow today... Maybe making the droplets drip away from the wall might make it easier to read, I don't know ^^

Greate game, hope you keep developing it after the jam because I'd like to see more levels!

Sorry for not getting a chance to play your game during a stream but I am running out of time and had a hefty amount of games to get through so I am just playing and rating at this point! Thank you for your understanding :D

Of course! Thanks for letting me know! Let me know what you think of it!

No problem!

I really like the idea of using the elemental forces represented by your split characters. The puzzle solving (not sure if you want to call it that) was fairly straight forward and the controls were rock solid. I really enjoyed the silly movement animation. Overall a cool experience!

I really love the color merging mechanic! Good job!

Really great game and concept. It kind of reminded me of Lost Vikings, but with a super interesteing twist.

This is one of the best games I've seen in this jam! The presentation is amazing, the level design is amazing, the mechanics are amazing and this game can even have a sequel considering how the game ended! (Please tell me if you make one!!)

I can't believe how you were able to make so much content in just 48 hours! I couldn't just put the game down and played it till the end! Also, is it just me or there was also coyote jump feature included? I think I could coyote jump the characters, if it was intentional then that is an awesome detail to add!

One issue I encountered was that when you switch characters, sometimes the previous character would continue running in one direction without any input, not a very common bug as it only happened twice, and it was not game-breaking either as I could just switch back to the previous character and it would solve the issue.
I would also suggest improving the idle animation for the characters but maybe it is just me nitpicking

Overall, 5/5 Awesome game! (Please make a sequel where we fight those mummies that came out in the end)

Thanks for the feedback. If we end up making a direct sequel, we will let you know! Currently this game is part of a series of games I am going throughout 2021 that share lore, so I may revisit this mechanic before the end of the year.

Yes, there is some coyote time on the characters, good eye on noticing it!

I am aware of the 'continue to run glitch', I have an idea of how to fix it and will work on it for the post-jam version.

Thanks for the amazing feedback!

I had fun with this game, very good for a 48 hour jam! The mechanic was really clever, nice job.

Very impressive work with both a opening cutscene and ending. The difficulty curve of the levels is a little off I felt but fun overall. Very nice with the different combinations though I do wish there was some less obvious answers to things as most of the levels basically boiled down to do the only thing you can.

All that said, I finished the game, only got stuck and had to restart one, and had a lot of fun. Really well done.

Really cool game! A lot of levels, good level desing. I can say one of the better games for this jam!

This is a really nice game. I was surprised just how many levels there for a 48-hour jam. I have a problem with the game's colorblind accessibility. It was really difficult to figure out what blocks required what abilities to pass through. There were symbols on the orbs and on the "use ability" blocks (though the water drop on the boxes were too small, IMO), but not on the general blocks. The game could use non-color cues for these blocks. Also, putting shooting on the mouse button without any mouse aiming stands out as an odd choice to me. I got used to it, but it still seems like an odd controls choice to me.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! We had an entire team member pretty much just doing level design, and he did amazingly! We are switching the shooting to a different button for the post-ham version. We are aware of the symbols being small on objects and do plan on fixing that. The color blind is also something we are talking about fixing.

Thanks again for the amazing feedback!

Great game a very polished, and the puzzles didn't get me stuck until one of the later ones, but for a game jam game that's great :)
