nice game ! I love the graphics and how you have to figure out the new controls on your own

Your game is super fun! I love the style and arcade like style of the gameplay and flow. It all fits together very nicely.

If you wanted to keep building. Some sort of score system or timer system towards a high score would be nice. Maybe the score could be used in a shop towards starting with food items or switching out the weapons for other ones.

Overall great game! Good luck on your future game dev!

Very easy, even with the control swaps which only made the game more confusing. It could make an interesting mechanic if combining two actions into one would change playstyle, like if the rocket launcher hurt the player they would be forced into ranged combat if the sword is the same action, or if the flamethrower had a negative consequence the player would have to avoid flames, making movement harder.
This makes the game different from other "timed remaps" games this jam: the idea could be modified in an actually fun mechanic! Good job on the first jam, and good luck!

Congrats on your first game! That's fun and beautiful too. The command swap is well done: challenging and chaotic but not unplayable.

Sadly, I didn't understand how the objects works or how to use them. And the rocket launcher is really weak. Did I miss something?

Cute game that is quite fun to play! The control swapping could be good fun to juggle if there was clear indication with what was happening.

Confusing, but fun. The music creates a hectic pace, the sfx are crisp, and the controls are serviceable. A screen listing all possible buttons would have helped, and it's lacking an objective to explore. Still don't know what the leaf does, or how pizza works. Good game overall.

The art is really nice, and it was fun waiting to see what would change every time the timer ran out, and frantically trying to survive the waves of enemies. Perhaps the game would benefit from some additional feedback regarding what changes? I.e. a more clear indication of the movement/aiming being inverted, because a lot of times I found myself being momentarily confused (maybe that's just me tho).

This looks good, and the controls are solid until the game makes them not work, lol.

Honestly, once the jam is over, I would get rid of the "random" and "out of control" elements, turn this into a fun arena shooter, and ship it. It definitely has a lot of potential.

Looks really good!

I like the concept but I think it could use some more feedback / indicators.

Also it would be nice if some enemies had different pathing!

Still a great game! Well done :)

Cool game and was surprised initially what happened when the skills got changed which was a nice touch. Did come pretty far and it would have been nice to see how far/score you get when it was over.

I liked the visuals as well, felt good. Good job!

A fun game with some nice variation, although I think there should be some visual indicator about what mutation has happened. Also there's a bug where if you stand in a huge hoard of enmies they don't damage you. You're probably just using OnCollisionEnter and not OnCollisionStay so it's an easy fix. However, overall I really enjoyed the game and I hope you keep making games, great job!

I really like it, though I'd prefer a more clear indication that the controls have been swapped, but besides that, it's cool

Great concept, awesome visuals and sounds. Well done!

I really like the concept behind this one, but for most of the game it just wouldn't let me shoot anything

This is your first jam?? That's insane! You did a wonderful job. Your presentation is immaculate. All the sprites are great, the sound is great, the animations are great, the game juice is great, you executed it near flawlessly! Great work!

I love top-down brawler, also art of the game. You done amazing work within 48 hours.

Fun art, the monsters remind me of Don't Starve's nightmares :)

I didn't understand if there's any objective I need to fill or otherwise progress in the game, I think it can add a lot of depth!

Cute game! I like it that there is weapon that does nothing but a honk

I feel like this game also has a bit of a double meaning with the theme. Not only is the control mapping out of your control, but the enemies also quickly become out of control. I found this really interesting, but also found it really chaotic trying to figure out my new controls while completely surrounded by enemies. Still, it was fun. :)

I liked the aesthetic for the game. The game got chaotic fairly quick. I also liked the changing weapon mechanic. Overall a nice submission.
