Really fun game, really enjoyed playing it. Note: there can be a short immunity period when the game is changing.

Holy shit that was a wild ride. Played until top 1 on the highscore, 137 points. Excelent game, every minigame super intelligent and balanced with the whole concept. I trully hope you appear on the video, because the concept and excecution were perfectly implemented. Hands down 5/5, congratulations!

Developer(+1)

Woah! That's an insane score, well done for making it to the top! Thanks for the awesome feedback too, really appreciated :)

Woah! you came up with a lot of mini games, way to go! Even my game is loosely based on same concept i.e. changing the genre randomly!

Submitted(+3)

Wow! You made a lot of games! And all of them are very polished. I liked how the design of the character and the squids changes in each game, it's a very good detail. Talking about that, the pixel art is pretty great too!

Haha I loved this! I loved having to quickly change my strategy to adjust to the new genre, and it was super interesting how doing bad in one stage could make the next genre eve more difficult (stealth in particular). Overall a nice little game. The music made me laugh too, especially the mario theme parody haha!

Developer

We had so much fun working on the music parodies! Glad you enjoyed it.

We ended up playing this one off-stream. It's good, but I think aiming for so many genres in 48 hours stretched things a bit; I would've liked to see each section's gameplay be a bit more nuanced.

Developer

It certainly did stretch me a bit! Thanks for playing :)

How you crammed all these genres into one game jam is beyond me! NICE :D

Submitted(+3)

This is really fun! Reminds me of Wario Ware but with actual gameplay. :D

I really love the variety in games you put in there :) Its getting out of control for sure!

Great Idea and so beautifully implemented.   The fact that you have an online leaderboard in a 48hr game is mind blowing to me.   Expand the levels in each genre and come up with something cohesive to tie things together and this could be an amazing full game.

Super nice idea and great execution. The transitions are nice. And I love the attention to detail (especially your approach to DOOM guys face :D). Sometimes the Pong genre was buggy for me, where the ball instantly flew out of view, or got stuck inbetween the platforms. But otherwise great job :-)

I liked the idea here. But i think the genres change too quickly.

Submitted(+3)

haha I barely made it with 1 game you made like 10!! It's a really cool idea, it's super fun an adictive. IDK if it was by design, but the crosshair in the FPS minigame was colliding with the platforms. Nice job! Great entry!

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks! That thing with the crosshair actually was by design. If the crosshair could go through the platforms then you'd get stuck inside the platforms when it changes genre! It may not be elegant, but it was the easiest way for us to solve this problem :)

Submitted(+1)

I see! I figured it had something to do with that! Nice job, it's really important to go for the easy solution during a jam, there's no time to stop thinking a lot haha.

Very ambitious for a game jam! Reminds me of WarioWare. Great work!

Submitted(+2)

Craziest game in this jam😂😂....lol....hats off to innovation
