Great Concept. At the beginning the controls are not clear. But when I the move my mouse I knew it immediately. Maybe you can add a little instruction box at the main menu or the first level.
Nice game, maybe a few balancing issues when the rule "lurking in the dark" is working. My suggestion is when this rule is starting let the player see a bit more of the room.
The game looks beautiful and I love way you show why the game is going out of control, makes it easy to understand. This is one of favorites from the jam!
Very fun game with cute art. I love all the references to other characters. My only feedback is that your character moves a little too slow for how big the store is.
