Any game with gambling is fun. I had great fun with this, the game idea is quite unique I haven't seen much of in gambling related games. Very addictive experience. Good job with this!
Fun game! I played it for half an hour. I wish there was more strategy. The levers are helpful, but sometimes hard to use since they are physical objects that don’t move with the camera. I also feel like it would have been more fun if the money had some kind of use apart from paying for levers.
Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed the game. These are just a few suggestions I think could make it even better!
Very cute game, great look. It's hard to pick the right guy, mine always wanders in the wrong direction lol.
It quickly escalates from "mmh, that seems boring..." to "okay, just one more try, just one!". It would be fun to have even more levers to experiment with :D
Fun game and the visuals are very well done. The idea of betting on these little racers is a great twist. The levers are a cool idea but I was not sure what they did at first. Would be good to have a bit more feedback there or more to do while watching. It stands out and fits the tiny world theme well. Nice job
I like very much the aesthetics of the game. Good Work on gameplay also, it is a unique idea. Keep it up!!
This is a delightful and visually polished game! The whimsical races and charming dioramas create an engaging experience. Introducing more interactive elements or a fast-forward option could enhance gameplay. Overall, a fantastic and enjoyable entry! Well done
Looks amazing, and I love how you built an entire game around a really simple physics operation. It did often seem that a race could go on for a long time without any of the contestants even getting close to the finish, so like some other reviewers I wish the player could either have more control over the landscape/characters, or else maybe have a fast-forward button so the action just reaches its conclusion more quickly. I also couldn't figure out what the levers that cost money did. But still, all in all a very impressive one guy game!
The blue lever slows everyone down except for the character you picked. Originally, I didn’t have any levers planned. I had so much fun building dioramas that it didn’t occur to me to add some player interaction element until 5 days into the jam… Yah, so absolutely agree on the point about more control/interaction. Thanks for the feedback!!
Ohhhhh I see. That's a cool idea, actually. I hear you about time crunch. It really seems like this game would be worth polishing up after the jam, though. Like, if there were just a little more feedback when you pull a blue lever, for instance. Maybe a little text bubble pops up that says "Slowdown," or the characters that get affected all turn blue, or something.
The game looks and sounds amazing and you have a clear talent for creating visually impressive and overall cohesive experiences. It might be the best 'look and feel' to a game that I've played so far in the jam. The gameplay is straightforward and its like betting on a confused horse to find the finish line lol. It did feel a bit too random at times, and I appreciate that the theme is gambling, but I thought it might perhaps benefit from a few more levers to introduce a bit more control of the environment. I also wasn't 100% sure what the levers did that cost you money, unless its obvious and I somehow missed it! I'm going to go and have another go at this! good job.
This was surprisingly fun, I seem to be bad at gambling, I lost a lot of money fast but I had fun doing it!
Woah, this was a really fun game! Fits the theme great, nice aesthetics and design - overall a great experience. The only thing is that the 4th level kinda lags a bit in the browser and the last level is a bit too luck reliant in my opinion - but still thats so impressive for a jam game. Great game!
Very funny game, we can only feel desperate and watch our in-game money disappears ! I would be curious to see it in a more complex way, were being tiny matter more than currently
very attractive game and nice looking graphics , interesting game play.
