How does the game fit the theme?
Scientists create you in a lab and locked you in a prison cell, thinking nothing can go wrong. The game is about being what can go wrong, by getting vengeance against the people who created you.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I made everything from scratch :)

Really cool game!! Very fun and addictive, and I love the looks, I don't know how you managed to make the animations for spinning items and the character so smooth.

Really enjoyed playing your game! I wish you could controll with WASD, using arrow keys was a bit weird. It needs time to get what the game wants from you, but once you get it its fun. I wish there were upgrades for the guns and other powerups as well. You can definitely extend this!

Simple and fun, would be nice though if you could use WASD instead of arrow keys

A simple yet very fun gameplay loop, a unique visual style and a satisfying dive mechanic.

Congratulations on an amazing game!

This is very fun. I enjoyed the reverse-incentive upgrade system. I wish there had been more upgrades, so I'd be interested to see what an expanded version was like. I thought the sawblade surfing upgrade was particularly interesting because it had a pretty high risk factor associated with it. You want to drive into enemies but it might also disappear before you've cleared them all. The shaky camera was pretty uncomfortable but I think that could be cleared up with a bit of smoothing on it's tracking. I wish the roles of space and enter had been swapped. Since space was my main control I kept hitting it after a round was over expecting that to start the next round but instead it sent me back to the beginning.

That's some very satisfying gameplay! I like that deaths aren't punishing. Great dopamine reward loop!

Well executed. Great design, art, audio, implementation. Really good controls and game feel.

Fantastic!

LOVED THIS! Only suggestion, have it be wasd to move next time!

I really like how the game has been integrated into itch! I don't really like the stuttery camera, but maybe that's a stylistic choice.

Awesome game! Love your style!

Love the game, and love killing scientists. Wish there was more JUICINESS in the game like a combo system or more PARTICLE SYSTEM.

Good game, funny story too. I loved your take on the theme. I wish there were more upgrades and more items in the shop. But for one week, this is pretty good. Nice job!
