This was great, the theme of battling with mental health was well done here.  Game progressing and level design was awesome and the use of logic gates in this manner was really well done.

thank you very much!

Extremely impressive and already feels like it could be a little indie game.

Unfortunately I don’t think the combat adds much and in fact dying near the end of possibly the final puzzle made me quit because I didn’t want to redo it.

Otherwise incredible though.

Awesome to see a fellow dev tackle themes of mental health in their submission!

Developer(+1)

hey, thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that you did not feel the motivation to redo the last level. But we definitely rework the combat system and make it more intuitive and fitting :)

This game is a masterpiece! The visuals are stunning, with a beautifully crafted art style that feels both mesmerizing and soothing. The gameplay is not only engaging but also refreshingly unique, offering a perfect balance of challenge and relaxation. It has that serene, dreamlike quality—just like Monument Valley—where every moment feels like a piece of art in motion. Absolutely wonderful!

Wow, thank you for your beautiful words!

This is very good! Another winner contender I might say. I wholeheartedly think that with some minor adjustments and a bit more content, you could really sell this on Steam! It just got the quality and polishing needed for a successful puzzle game. I like the puzzles very much! It's not too difficult but is never a no-brainer, and it does get a bit more complex in the later levels. I also like how you slowing easing in the different puzzle elements so that we are not overwhelmed by all of them. Overall, I'd say this is a very nice game!

Normally, I will try to give constructive criticisms for every game I've played, but I can't really think of any when playing your game. The story is probably a bit too short and vague, but this jam only lasted for a week, so it's already too much to ask for, given that there are a lot content in the game.

Anyway, this is very well done! It's now one of my personal favourites.

Developer

Thank you for this great feedback! We'll definitely planing to work on this game in the future, stay tuned:)

Beautiful masterpiece with amazing visuals and an awesome narrative, surprised you managed to pull it off in one week. I love the puzzles, I got stuck on one until I realised I didn't need two of the torches lit up to have the bulb on, huge epiphany there, I love that, that's the feeling someone should get when playing puzzles, that blissful moment.

Main nitpick is that I don't really like that you need to right click to explode the lights to kill the enemies, like I got stuck in the midst of my first run because I forgot that I needed to press right click to explode them and I thought the projectiles were really incosisntent, I then restarted and remembered I had to right click. I think it makes more sense to have them explode when they hit an enemy.

Besides that, everything in the game is pure perfection.

Wow thank you, that's overwhelming! We'll definitely work on the enemies in the future, thanks for the feedback. Glad you liked it!

Wonderful. Perfect. Masterpiece. There are no words to describe how amazing this game. I love this so much.

wow...thank you so much!

Great concept! For me it was more just turning things on and off until it worked, and sometimes I had more intention, but the visuals are amazing and the atmosphere in combination with the sound makes it really satasfying! I think the character could do with a bob up and down as it moves, but overall I really enjoyed the experience, and I like how it teaches you logic gates, awesome :)

AWESOME game! Lots of puzzles for a one week jam, it was so satisfying lighting up the big thing at the end. Although the enemies were basic, it was really cool to have to pickup my lights to fight them off sometimes, or fight multiple with only one because I had to keep the others lit. The puzzles were also very satisfying, not too easy, not too hard. Great job on this, you all should be proud!

Makes me smile, thank you!

A very beautiful game, with some interesting mechanics and puzzles. Excellent work -- well done!

Nice visuals with a neat level design! Maybe the combat with the shadows are a bit much, being detrimental to the overall pacing and game feel, especially in the middle of a puzzle.

Great job, very polished for a jam game!

Very polished and fun game. Beautiful art, and I really liked the whispers / talking in the first couple of levels. It was just the right amount to be intrigued (unlike some other games this game jam where there is constant narration). It really evoked emotion. And the fog, the animation of the dark clouds exploding, etc. are all very well done too. Nice job!

Developer

thanks a lot!

Really cool visual game! But i think i didnt fully understand the puzzle pieces what they really do, i would maybe like some playground so i could test their behaviour, or even maybe some short explanation. But the theme is really good.

Edit: As some other user posted here, if these are similar logic gates then you should really work more on iconography 😀

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! We'll work on that.

Very nice game, love the puzzle, and the crisp sounds. What’s wrong, anyway keep up the good work!

Developer(+1)

Thanks! What do you mean by "What's wrong,..."?

Submitted(+2)

Nothing, just wanted to see if you’ll ask about it. :)

A nice breath of fresh air this game is. One of the unique ones. Really like the game.

Thanks a lot!!🌬️

Amazing! I really like your style, atmosphere, and whispers in my ears. Puzzle is also very interesting. This is my favorite game so far!

If I have to give some advice, I don't really like combat systems. Although I really enjoy the sound effects and animations during battles, I personally think that the right-click explosion design is a bit redundant.

Thanks for the feedback!

It feels nice playing your game. Although darkness is all over the place I feel very chill and enjoy the game

That's nice to hear :)
