This is a fun game with lots of silly "endings"! I like how it turned a standard platforming game on its head, where running into obstacles was encouraged instead of discouraged. Gameplay felt really smooth, art and audio felt thematic, it was a casual, fun time. Nice job!

Hahah I loved this! I liked the literal take on "Nothing can go wrong". I purposefully was throwing my guy at "enemies" to see what the dialog would be. Good job!

What an adorable little game! I had a lot of fun playing it! Very good job!

Cool game! I like how it sprawls a lot!

Awesome game! That's how you make a good ending-collection type of game without making players feel exhausted and repeatitive!

Also, this title has a great potential! I would have created a puzzle platform/adventure game in which after each time you complete a goal/ending, your character would changed their appearance and also with their new stat, ability. And the world (level) would changed as well to fit with the ending you just have achieved, to create new challenge, new ending condition for your current character. This will make the gameloop even more replayable and unexpected.

Thank you so much for making this game and give me a lot of inspiration!

Thanks! I had the same idea at first, but due to time constraints, I had to give up on them. After you get the Sword in the Shrub, you can wave it by pressing the space, which is one of the abandoned ideas. I kept it as a useless Easter egg.

This game was so cute to play. I went to the other side of the world (it was upside down), I found the sword in the shrub, I attending the fruit wedding... I like all these mini-events in the game, and nothing could go wrong!! I thought adding arrows to show where the player was when they were off-screen was a nice touch also. The music was very charming and made me feel like I was playing and exploring a retro-RPG. I had a lot of fun. Incredible game!!

Hahah I got a foot massage, attended a wedding, party with goblins and strong mushrooms!

Even if not super innovative, it made me giggle, :) Nothing went wrong!

The scene switching was interesting, have you tried to have a camera mounted to the player instead of having it in a section? I liked the sense of old-school game, but I am curious if the camera moving with the player would have made it different.

Well done, simple, straightforward and not buggy. Added to my list of hidden gems!

I really liked this game. I was confused at first - but then the penny dropped...

Very creative and great level design too. Really well polished and solid Game Jam submission. Well done!

I got them all! Nothing went wrong. You created a fun experience that I wanted to play fully (hopefully there was no secret ending).

Developer

Thanks! Unfortunately, time is running out and there are only 17 endings TAT.

You created an amazing game! So many endings that I expected to go wrong, like touching a goblin, but was just another positive ending. For some reason, I found it very cool to find out the map is in a loop haha

At least I can now call myself Lord of the sky :) I can die happily now :D

Developer

Thank you, Lord of the Sky! :D

Such a fun game with a lot of endings and the things that you thought were going to kill you end up being an ending.

it was so fun reading the scenarios and exploration to find different endings
Fun Game! :D

Okay very fun game. A very interesting idea.

Very well done with the layout. And i liked the arrow indicator for when player went off screen. Got all ending!

Some personal notes:

Lock the damn goblins. They left their zone and sabotaged me. It got annoying at times.

Also the coin, I kept forgetting it was there and ran into it multiple times, maybe put it a bit high up like the wedding so you have to jump to get it.

Also for the superhero, I didn't know where to jump from. I tried jumping from the castle in the sky as its the highest point but you have to jump from mountain. So took me three tries (jumped right from castle then jumped left from castle and finally jumped from mountain)

Developer

Thank you for your feedback!

The actions of those party goblins are completely random, and it should be difficult for them to escape... Probably. This is mainly because when Bob is not moving at home, goblins will have a chance to rush into the house and pick him up to attend a party LOL. But I will consider locking them up!

Gold coins are indeed a problem, I will keep them a little further away in the future.

About superhero, jumping from castle in the sky is OK, but it cannot land on the cloud or anything else in the middle. This ending tests the speed of landing.
