How does the game fit the theme?
You can see this from two perspectives. In the Safest City no one dies, nothing ever goes wrong (unless the player interferes). From the perspective of the reaper he will make sure nothing goes wrong for him.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Only the sound effects (downloaded from online resources). Everything else was created by us during the jam.

Fun game, very original idea! Loved the way you used the theme, and the looks too.
This ended up being a fun little game! I think all it needs is a guide at the start cause it felt really overwhelming with all the people walking around, i didnt even realize i was a grim reaper somewhere :p but besides that the game ended up being real fun to play with!
Great game, I really enjoyed this game.
This is really a cool concept for a game. First I just electrocuted a few citizens.. then I saw some of the more 'effective' weapons by using the crane... Muhahaha!
This is such a clever idea, and the gameplay is really smooth. Great game!
I really liked the game ! The drawings and the city theme are nice. It's a good idea to become the grim reaper and disrupt order in the city where nothing goes wrong. Only the camera angle in the game could have been closer.
Nice idea and art style for the game, good job! It was fun once I got the hang of it.
Very cool game! A lot of things to discover in the map. A lot of things to look at. Very enjoyable. Great work!
This was a solid polished entry, and it felt like a reverse-lemmings situation. It would be fun/interesting if you could chain different combos together, maybe involving the doors and the crane, or electrocuting a specific human.
A solid entry ! took me a bit of time to understand what I was supposed to do ( maybe make the info a bit bigger when we walk on the triggers ) from a lap top not in full screen it was quite tiny, but otherwise fun concept :)
Very cool concept and art style! Good job
Very fun game! The game felt very intuitive, you just try to find ways to make things go wrong...
Great art style! My first clear time was 5:00, but I eventually managed to finish in 2:51. Good job!
Like the idea and visuals. It took me some time to figure out what's going on with the game but I manage to solve the incidents. Good one and like the sound of dying touch :-)
My time was 3:46. Nice art style and interesting, unique game concept. I wish i could also slay with that scythe though 😀
Well done! I enjoyed being death and causing some chaos!
I would have placed some of the “power ups” (like fire and poison) in different areas than all together, but I enjoyed it nonetheless :D
It looks bug-free and well coded, as well as the sounds and visuals are well done!
Kudos, I this one was great, :) I hope you will keep working on it :D
EDIT: Added to my fav collection :)
Nothing can go wrong, though the wrong is created by ourselves.
I love this game. All of this is fantastic!
Fun game for a dark humor type game. I can't tell how much i enjoyed ending life's :).
The crane and manhole mechanics brought a quirky twist to the whole experience, even if I had to hunt around a bit to find what was interactable. It’s a fun, offbeat take on urban chaos! Nice job with gamedesign and art, I really enjoyed your game and approach to the Jam theme.
Great game. It's fun to find all ways to kill and implement them.
