How does the game fit the theme?
Everyone knows cats have nine lives, but not only that... They're practically invincible!
This short story follows Mimi, our cat hero with all nine lives intact. Why? You may ask. Because for a cat living in a perfectly safe and guarded house, nothing can go wrong. But what if she's tired of her perfect world? What if she's dying to go to kitty heaven, a paradise for cats where excitement knows no bounds?
Help her find a way to spend all nine lives... Nine lives too many.

This is a cruel game :( The kitty is adorable! Jokes aside, this game is fairly well made! Found all 9 solutions eventually, and it's quite fun trying to figure out each of them. I also like the graphics especially the kitty, and the art style and the gameplay fit quite nicely together too. Nice job.
For some comments, I'd say the platforming is a bit difficult, and it's quite easy to overshoot/undershoot the jumps. This is especially noticeable when climbing the small platforms on the cat tree. I will also point out that the hidden path that leads to the top of the toilet is a bit too hidden, and it feels like I've found it via blind luck. But other than that, the game is nicely done, and you should be proud of yourself for making it!

Very interesting liltle game! I have successfully found six different ways to sacrifice the cat, but I'm still looking for the remaining three. Yay, I went to kitty heaven! I laughed so hard when I discovered some of the ways you could die.
The graphics and animations look good. That little kitten is adorable!
My only suggestion is to make it a little easier to jump between the platforms. Sound effects would make it more polished, but I honestly didn't even realise there were no SFX before reading the comments :)

I think the thing that could really sell it is to add sound effects when you interact with stuff, that would bring this A-tier submission to S-tier!

Great game! I could not find out how to get on to the top bit of the bathroom, which I assume is something you need to do for the death you have talked about in the other comments. Great animations and nice music! Well done.

Cute and fun story about live of the home cat. Art and sound are blended together nicely, creating really cozy and sad atmosphere simultaneously. I enjoyed simple platformer mechanics, and it was interesting to explore house to find one more new way to die. Overall, nice entry and nice take on jam theme!

Slightly morbid but very fun game! The concept is very unique and interesting, the different deaths are very well designed and thought out. The art was very well made, the artist did a great job! Overall a really well made game, good job!
