maybe my favorite game of yours!

Would've loved a bit more challenge though, maybe something with more difficult enemies, or beating it against the clock?

Thanks! Agree it needs more levels!

Thanks, at the end the deadline caught up to me, there were 2 levels (one of which had a "boss" that had to be scrapped to make it unfortunately

As I am a firm believer in "preventing is better than curing", I just tried killing everyone as soon as possible and killing the zombie/skeletton that spawns out of them.

Picture my surprise when a ton of new alive people popped up all of a sudden!

Zero death, first try 1040! (is that good?)

Minor change I'd make is to also eat cheese when you move towards it, not only when your mouse is over it. But overall, I think this was a nice experience!

The line from wave 10 got me, super fun concept!

I'd love a version where you can start over from the current level, or with more sound effects, which usually adds a ton of juice to your game

Got to 39 mice eaten, was tasty!

Cute aesthetics, fun little game.

All is well, that ends well...

haha, I won't lie and say it was easy, but it did help that the first level has slanted walls, otherwise I probably would've ragequitted 😅

When I understood that you really age when skipping time instead of just switching season, I was really surprised, super interesting!

If you ever pick this back up and polish it a bit, I'd love to play it again!

I love this, really cool loop.

I did wonder whether there is any real usecase why you'd choose the sideways moves, or whether they are only there to have bad things you sometimes have to choose 😅

I'll definitely come back to this game to see if I can beat the boss!

Thanks! I think I could still make the grappling/swinging a bit better but already happy with what I was able to make in a weekend

Numbers go up, satisfaction is through the roof!

Only thing that irks me a little bit is how the islands interact with each other while placing & that I misclick them sometimes, which causes a big mess that I need to clean up since the item goes through my flags instead of the rest, but that's very minor

haha, I went for exactly the opposite ^^'

Really fun little game!

I'm not a huge fun of puzzle games but the combination here between not too-difficult puzzles and needing some skill to execute it correctly made me finish it.

I did miss a themesong though, but the sound effects were nice!

Haha, happy to hear that you were definitely not greedy ^^'

Fun game, I do forget where my stamina is at easily, so I'd love a reminder when you're about to spend your last stamina or a super obvious thing to make that clear.

But otherwise, this is a very original concept I think!

I was quite proud of my 4k end score, but looking at the other scores I no longer dare posting it ^^'

One small comment I have is that this game was missing some nice sound effects when you click, the birds attack and there is fire damage for example, but it was still addicting enough to finish it.

Loved having 8 birds though, that felt really fun, good job!

Haha, so glad you did!

I had lots of fun playing through the game, weird Tony is so endearing, but everything fits in the style really well, I definitely appreciacate the drawings on top of the animal faces 😅

Love the atmosphere and feeling of getting bigger!

Especially appreciated the theme and sound effects when moving

A winner is me!

Love the fast-paced game.

Only thing that I missed was maybe some sound, would really sell the experience more

Hi, i see you're commenting a lot so I'd like to try your game but because of security reasons only run them in the browser, if you add a browser build I'll make sure to play it!

Simple concept, fun addition of the wheel!

It wasn't immediately clear to me though where the mouse should end up at, so maybe you could find a way (that fits the nice spooky theme) to communicate that in-game?

Love the concept and the core gameplay loop.

I did find it sad though that you have a pretty small limit on expanding, while the whole point of cookie clicker games usually is that your "speed" increases exponentially for a long time and the numbers get ridiculously big.

I did also like the assets & atmosphere btw!

I like the idea of solving the same maze over and over again, however the controls felt a bit clunky and slow, maybe this would best be a game where you try to speedrun the levels with very easy controls?

Love the soundtrack and sound effects btw, it really sucks me in!

Love it!

2 minor issues I had is that I really wanted a refresh button but couldn't find it, and also didn't read the description before finishing the game (to avoid spoilers) so didn't know that scrolling was a functionality, that

The AI is great, I also would love more levels, or a configurable sandbox where you can choose how many castles there are, how many AIs and how "unfair" the AI is (by allowing it to spawn more quickly than you)

Agreed, I love the chaos!

Fun concept but very hard exectution, I got to the third level and there was overwhelmed by all the possibilities and need for exactness in the platforming 😅.

I do agree with the other commenters and love the graphics, the thumbnail also made me really want to play this game!

Small but really fun game, I've never seen a game that could convince me that my mouse had weight!

I just want more levels!

I like the core gameplay, but had a small issue with it on web with my mouse going out of screen at the bottom.

One way how you could probably easily remedy that, is by adding a bigger margin on the bottom where your mouse can easily be without exiting the screen

Good job!

Minor comment that would improve the experience for impatient people like me would be that when you restart, you can already see all mice that will get spawned in the next steps (but not moving, just transparently or something like that)

I really like this concept!

I was also glad that it was this short though to be honest, it got a bit tedious moving around the levels at the end 😅.
Maybe showing every level on top of you at the same time could help with this.

Fun game, I love turn-based games that move when you move!

One minor comment that I have is that I would remove the "max steps" thing, solving the puzzles on their own is satisfying enough and taking time to solve them is not something I think should be punished.

You could still have a metric that states in how many steps you solved it, but only keep it as a high score, not a fail condition.

(if I lost because of this I probably would not have finished it, but I'm glad I did!)

Thanks!

Unfortunately, because of some banking error resulting in way too many coins and diamonds, these are basically worthless right now.

Actually, I'd highly advise you to get rid of your coins and diamonds ASAP, just make sure you don't throw them away in confined spaces...

Thanks for making the game!

I can easily see this become the main mechanic for a small dungeon crawler game or something!

You did get the escape room vibe correctly, you constantly have to think "what clue fits what puzzle, and how to interpret it".

I felt really smart when figuring out the shapes one ^^.

Small possible improvement would be to add a hint button if you're really stuck, so that you can still enjoy the rest of it!

Super fun concept!

I do like how the game feels so break-y/glitchy but for me the glitchy effect caused me to have to end the game because I felt a headache coming up ^^'.

Beat the CPU!

Love how you reinvented a game to make it more interesting by including the theme!

Nice game, never used these controls before but they did really feel intuitive!
