Good job!

Minor comment that would improve the experience for impatient people like me would be that when you restart, you can already see all mice that will get spawned in the next steps (but not moving, just transparently or something like that)

The game idea is interesting! I wish the controls were a bit more responsive: most of the time I lose control of a moving platform because my mouse is getting outside of the platform area.

The third level seems to play itself? Like the left block goes up and the right block drops down too soon and I can't move the blocks with the mouse anymore so the third mouse can't go on the top floor to finish it... On browser and the downloading it on desktop

Other than that odd bug I'm getting I do like the game and wish I could finish it, cute graphics and story. Also a fan of puzzle games lol

I'm not sure I get it, but once you moved blocks in a certain run, you can't move them anymore in the later stage, you have to reset the level... The last 2 levels are designed in a way that you (probably) get baited into blocking yourself, so you have to go back and plan ahead... But yeah some parts of the levels, you don't have to do anything else...

Again, maybe I'm not getting what you mean, thanks for the reply !

I love this! This is my type of game. The puzzles were fun, the mechanics were cool and the art was also well made!

I like the idea! It's a good implementation of recursion.

The only real downside to the design is that you can't know in advance what will come in the future, so initially you just have to go through the full 3-mouse cycle to then start figuring out the puzzle. It would be better if you saw the spawn positions of the mice, and their initial walking direction right from the start, as well as the cheese positions. This would let you plan in advance.

Other minor things are: Sometimes the mouse is a bit too sensitive and a small misplacement of a block can result in mice getting stuck. An improvement here would be to snap the blocks to a grid when you let go of the mouse or something.

But all in all, it is really cool to see you replaying previous levels solutions as part of the solution for future levels. I think you really have a good idea going there that just needs a bit more fleshing out!

Good job!

Yes ! It was an initial idea we had, we were not sure to be honest. Because we wanted to make the player use the reset mechanic, so that it fit the theme better, but it might be a good QOL bit... Thanks for the comment !

I liked the concept and puzzles. It might be a bit nicer if you didn't have to click through all dialog again when replaying.

I know ! I kinda though about it but I was running a bit late on time and was not sure how to implement it properly tbh ! Thanks for the try !
