It was such a great game!
Love the sound effects and had much much fun!
Need more level :D
Thanks! Agree it needs more levels!
makes me remember games from the flash era (the company of myself as an example), fun to play, i guess it needs a title screen with the same aesthetic like the game i mentioned (?
I loved the mechanic, and I’d like to play more levels.
Thanks, at the end the deadline caught up to me, there were 2 levels (one of which had a "boss" that had to be scrapped to make it unfortunately
It's a very cool mechanic, and the double reflection of the theme is great.
Thanks! I think I could still make the grappling/swinging a bit better but already happy with what I was able to make in a weekend
Don't wish to admit I was very greedy and paid the consequences... I then tried to not be greedy and failed on several occassions... Well done, I loved it lol (*TーT)b
Haha, happy to hear that you were definitely not greedy ^^'
Nice rogue game.
How can I trade the diamonds for cheese?
Thanks!
Unfortunately, because of some banking error resulting in way too many coins and diamonds, these are basically worthless right now.
Actually, I'd highly advise you to get rid of your coins and diamonds ASAP, just make sure you don't throw them away in confined spaces...
SFXs are really funny! The gameplay is nice too!
Thanks, I try to make my gameplay nicer than my effects, but that takes so much more work 😅
Great game mechanic, funny sounds and nice progression of levels!
Nitpick: The spawning coins are a bit punishing, especially when getting locked in. Maybe the rope should be able to (slowly) pull you out? That way you can still recover, although you have lost some time.
Nonetheless great game!
Thanks!
I agree that the coins are not 100% on-point yet, if I'd have to make this into a real game I'd probably reduce the weight of the coins a lot so that you can pull yourself free and try to make them less computationally heavy (mainly the ones that don't move anymore since they're stuck) so that you can have even more of them on your screen at the same time.
Glad you had fun!
Brilliant idea, so addictive, and laughing along the way!
Thanks! Making games is fun, but having people that think the game is fun is even better (and less tiring)!
i love sounds in this game
Thanks!
100% made during the jam, and I'm proud of it
I almost finished level 5 without knowing about the duplication mechanic but last second it started happening and everything went wrong from that point on (in a good way :D)
Great game, probably the one that gave me the most fun so far. Well done!
Haha, thanks!
I really tried to get that feeling of "oh no, now I need to scram" when touching a coin.
If I'd had more time, I wanted to make a level where you'd be forced to go through the coins and get back quickly
Do it!
What can I say: Good vibes, great presentation and nice concept.
The coin duplicating and locking you in, as well as the unexpected doors were hilarious. Had a good laugh. Probably my favorite part of the game.
The last level is just cruel honestly. One misstep and you are out. 💀
But despite those odds I still made it
Thanks a lot for all the nice comments, and good job!
Wow, this is a great game, well done! I love the movement challenge, and the theme and presentation. Fun to play and overcome, I want more :D
Thanks! really wanted to add more levels to explore what other behavior could come out of the mechanics (for example grabbing onto moving things) but the deadline and lack of sleep got the better of me 😅
