I know there are a lot of bugs, and I apologize that there won’t be any more updates since I’ve decided to recreate and redesign the entire game. The aesthetic is very nostalgic, and I like it. Above all else, the gameplay is fantastic! Cool concept and nice integration with the jam theme. Even though the control flow and interface are a bit difficult, it’s still fun, and I managed to finish the game even though I’m not really a puzzle game person. Nice level design as well.
I have to admit the weakest part of this game is the progression and difficulty. We couldn’t really do much about that because our game data designer’s computer broke during the jam (he already got a new PC in this jam XD). As for the enemy spawn locations, I designed some mechanics to prevent the player from spawning enemies in the same place, but I couldn’t implement it in time.
By the way, thanks for playing and for your kind words! I enjoyed your game too.
There’s not much to comment on since I already shared my thoughts while live playing with you.
- The game mechanics aren’t entirely new, but they’re well compensated with great -polishing. (As for the ending gameplay, it would be perfect if you could implement this for every mini-boss.)
- Excellent aesthetics.
- Nice interpretation of Kraseu (กระสือ).
