This was a fun experience. It was really relaxing, and I kind of dig it. Here are my thoughts on the game, as promised:

  • Loved the Intro cutscene, although I would recommend more sound effects on it. The grandpa was cool; I loved his arms. I also loved the fact that he was chilling in his car, while his grandson/son (I don't remember) gets chased around by a wolf.
  • The game also gave me interstellar vibes. The music choice is really good.
  • The controls felt a bit icky at times. Sometimes the hands won't grab the way that I want it to. I think it has something to do with movement, and hitting tree colliders, I'm not sure. The hands sometimes goes up, then comes down automatically.
  • I wish there was a way to reach the higher olives. Maybe if you are continuing to work on the game, I would recommend adding more mechanics, like adding a stool, that you can grab and place around the world to gather more olives.
  • The enemy wolf, was cute and harmless. It was easy to get around it, and it went away when the sun rose again.
  • The game needs a better game over condition, or not. Perhaps you can drive and sell the olives to get more things from a shop, and maybe build a tiny story for the game in the future.

Overall, the game is very innovative, and I loved the way it feels. It was a very relaxing experience. Congratulations on submitting the game for the jam! Good job!

This is a good game, and I would love for it to see it grow. The waking up to that muscular man was hilarious.

Sorry, I couldn't play the game before the jam ended, I was on vacation for the last few days of the rating period and there were a ton of requests.

As promised, here are my thoughts on the game:

  • The game has a unique feel to it. The atmosphere was good, the visuals were consistent. The "something strange is going on" effect was there.
  • I personally am not a fan of just jumpscares. I understand that this game had to be made quickly, and there was little time. But if you are focusing on building the game even further, I would recommend you to add more interesting experiences, than just jumpscares. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing technically wrong with your jumpscares, but I feel like it's being overused in every horror game and I personally am not a fan of it.
  • I would love to hear more sound effects. And more interactions. Like you could flush the toilet, whenever you want. Maybe have a tiny operating system in the computer. You could add story elements here as well. Perhaps pictures of the characters family, or Asbjørn. This makes the player feel more as if they are a part of that world.
  • I recommend adding sounds to the Main menu as well, the button sounds, an ambience are all appreciated.
  • I also recommend adding ability to skip intro dialogues as well. For people who dies in-game, and wants to get to the game again quickly, this option would save their time a lot. Also sound effects for the dialogues would also be welcomed heartfully

Overall, the game has promise. It needs more time and love, to fully be able to communicate what the game has to tell, and I would really recommend you to continue working on this. Good job on completing the submission, and sorry for not being able to play the game before the jam ended. All the best.

Very relaxing game. I loved the music. It sort of gives me Interstellar vibes. The gameplay was utterly relaxing.

Loved the controls, the enemy wolf was cute. Although it wasn't really difficult. I also loved Grandpa's arms and how he is just chilling in the car when is grandchild is running around being chased by a wolf 😂

I will give a detailed feedback for this game after the jam is over, as you have replied to my post for the feedback. There are still lots of requests, and I decided I will play rate them all first, and give feedback later (as it takes more time). I will write a detailed feedback on things I loved and would love to see improved as I won't be online for the next few days.

Thank you so much for playing the game! I will add the mouse sensitivity setting once I update the game after the jam ends. Thank you for your input.

Oh thank you.

Ahh it was chosen at random, and wobbly tires is the worst of them all. There are Bunny Hops, Inverted Controls, and No Brakes, and Bunny Hops is my favorite, where the zombulance just hops in a random force where you could get crazy jumps and kills.

This was sooo adorable and cute. The background music is so good, the whole silliness of it. Amazing!

I did give my feedback on the game in this post before. Here it is in case you missed it ;)

Really good game! This is an interesting deck-building game. As promised, here are my thoughts on the game:

  • Solid gameplay loop. The instructions were clear. The card types and what they do is also not that complicated to understand. I could see potential in this concept to be even bigger in scale, with time and more effort.
  • The best part of the game is the gameplay. The simplicity in the mechanics, the snapping of the cards, and luck are all important elements of this game. I enjoyed most of the gameplay. I'd recommend adding difficulty, as it is extremely rewarding, and not that much punishing. Getting the "eye" just makes it too easy.
  • I don't exactly know what "syringe" does. It felt more complicated compared to the other buffs.
  • Just from the perspective of the game jam, I would recommending adding more chaos, as it would suit the theme of the jam better. Personally for this game, it is not necessary. But because this is a gamejam, and because of the rules, I recommend adding more things in the game to make it more suited to the theme, just for the gamejam build.
  • What the game lacked are quality of life improvements in my opinion. The buttons could be animated just like the cards on hovering over them (mostly because they look alike). I would also recommend adding a sound effect when playing the hover animation. This makes the whole experience more satisfying. I would have loved to hear more sheep, animal sounds, wolf sounds, when the cards are played.
  • I would also recommend adding more visual elements like sheep, or animals in the background, and let them graze on the field a little bit. As long it doesn't get too distracting from the core gameplay, I think it would be a good addition.

Overall, this was a fun little experience. I loved the gameplay and I believe it has great potential to become something even bigger provided more time. Good job!

Oh by the way, here is the silly little game I made. I would love for you to play it and give feedback! Thanks!

Really Adobrable-Cute-Fun game! I really enjoyed playing it. It's very innovative, and feels very good to play. Here are my thoughts on the game:

  • The visuals and audio worked in harmony. I enjoyed it for its simplicity and how well it suited to the game. Good job.
  • Bob shapeshifting is so creative! I did not get all the endings, as I allot maximum 15 mins per game on this post, and I found myself curious to know all the easter eggs.
  • The best part about the game is indeed exploration. You try to collect all endings.
  • This is the first platformer in the world, that made me intentionally avoid a coin. I've collected it so many times, that I always go slow going right from the bed.
  • I would love if each version of Bob had different characteristics. Perhaps one could jump higher, and reach areas you otherwise can't reach. Perhaps one makes Bob sick and small, allowing him to go through tiny gaps. I don't know if something like that is implemented, but it would make it even more exciting to finish the game.

Overall, really fun to play. I wish I had more time to continue playing it.

By the way, here is my silly little game. I hope you have fun playing it, and I would love for feedback. Meow.

What an adorable little game! I had a lot of fun playing it! Very good job!

Cool concept. The whole game was giving me Night of the Museum vibes! As promised, here are my thoughts on the game:

  • An interesting take on the theme, and things do go wrong easily, if you are not careful.
  • What really stood out were the visuals and the audio. The sound effects on the main menu were really good. I wish it was used in the pause menu as well (I don't remember if it was implemented)
  • The voice over was really good. It felt like I was playing Call of Duty or something, but in a museum carrying animals around.
  • The game has a really insanely solid gameplay loop. You pickup crazy animals (in order) -> Throw them into the right display -> Repeat. This is a really good and addictive gameplay loop. Now, if you are still deciding to work on the game even after the game jam, I would recommend branching out on this gameplay loop, as you progress through the levels (The first 3 levels (days) which I played, all had a similar loop, which gets boring and repetitive very fast.)
  • I would consider thinking of adding more mechanics to the game. Like I said, the loop is really well made. Now you should add flavors to it.
  • The difficulty should be balanced. Once you figure out what you should do, it gets very easy to play the game. I would recommend spawning enemy animals (temporary ones) from time to time to annoy and challenge the player.
  • I would also have loved to hear sound effects of animals, when they get picked up. I want the cow to go: MOOOOOO!!

Overall, this is a fun game, with a solid foundation for you to build upon. I would recommend adding more things, features, and mechanics to the game.

By the way, here is my silly little game. I would love for you to play it, and give some feedback. Thanks.

Really great concept. I had fun with a couple of levels. The sounds were really good, and the visuals and animals were good too!

Good concept! The Hollow Knight  vibes that it produces feels nostalgic. I loved the level design, and the visuals by itself. However, I noticed a few things that could be improved. As promised, here are my thoughts:

  • The level design is really good. I loved the platformer elements of it.
  • The game needed more sound effects, and particle effects on jumping, movement etc.
  • The art on the cutscene and the effects on it felt really good. But it felt like the game did not meet the same level of polish as the cutscene. I would much rather prefer consistent visuals over something imbalanced. The dialogue box on the cutscene felt a bit weird, I would recommend getting rid of the black box, and add bigger font text, perhaps with an outline, and looks cartoony.

For the jam, I would have recommended toning down the quality of the cutscene, and make everything visually balanced. But if you are improving this game, which I think you should, I recommend spending more time with the art, perhaps add more post-processing, add vignette, contrasts, play around with color schemes, to make it coherent as the cutscene (In which the background blew my mind).

The reason I am stressing on this is having a really visually polished cutscene in the intro, creates high expectations. And if the game in itself, isn't anything close to that, the energy goes down subconsciously, and you don't want that in a game.
  • Furthermore, if you are expanding on the game, I would recommend adding enemies, more difficulty, and if possible, make the spikes easier to see. I know it can be counter-intuitive to take away challenge, but it works, trust me. Making the spikes more visible will allow the player to take the rest of the beauty of the world in. This makes them feel more connected with the game in itself.
This also gives us room to add more spikes, and challenges as well.

I hope you understand that this is feedback, and I will not be dishonest with you. I want to see more better games being added, and I would love for you to continue working on this game. All the best.

Oh by the way, here is the silly little game I made in 3 days for this jam . I would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

Good concept for the game! The game feels tough, as you are constantly on the lookout for spikes. The controls needed to be sorted out, and the game needs more sound and particle effects.

Thank you for playing the game! I did not have a full week. I made this game in only 3 days. I had to use a bunch of assets from Itch io and the asset store. I did make the zombulance and the zombie and the back though.

About the Instructions, my main game that I intended to make,  had completely different mechanics when compared to this game. I initially did quit the gamejam, because I did not sleep for 30 hours straight and I couldn't fix a bug for the last 8 hours of it. But only in the last 2 hours of the jam, did I decide to give another try, and thankfully, I found the problem right away and made a win condition on the spot and made a text-based UI, submitted, and went to sleep.

So, once the jam ends, I will work on the project and will give it all the time and love it deserves.

Haha, me too! I did add a Vehicle reset feature though. There must be a bug if it didn't appear for you.

Thank you for the valuable feedback, and being honest on how you felt playing the game. I couldn't make the game I originally wanted to make and I only managed to make a proper win condition and UI the last two hours of the jam, and I made one up quickly as I got really tired from bug fixing. I'm sorry that it felt unclear, but I'll make sure to give more time and love to the game once the jam is over. I originally wanted to make a game on a world where zombies and humans lived in harmony, and we rescue zombies from the human apocalypse. I will think about a score counter, and will add it if it makes sense in the final game, which will be completely different from this submission.

I will take your input on effects feeling arbitrary. I will think on it, and will implement a logical solution to that. Perhaps I could even make a humongous zombie god, that floats in the air, haha.

About the assets, I made the ambulance, and the zombie on the back on Blender, and I did all the code.

Everything else were free assets I downloaded from Itch io and Unity Asset Store. The icons were downloaded from flaticon and their usage terms required me to type in the ahref links in my asset list. I had to rely on external assets as I had only 3 days to make the game.

Thank you for playing the game! And for the input on the driving controls. I will make sure that I give all the love and time that this game needs once the jam is over.

I had fun playing the game! The was simple, and it feels good play. I have a few suggestions for the game to expand upon to make the experience even better. So, here are my thoughts:

  • The core gameplay is fun, and exciting. The Bullet Echo feel to the game is really good. The game has a solid gameplay loop, and I would love for you to expand upon this.
  • I would love for more sound effects. The game lacked zombie sounds, and some eerie ambience.
  • I would love for the game to have more guns, like shotguns, pistols, baseball bats, frying pans, etc.
  • The game could branch out into exploration as well. Whenever you reach a point, you can freeze the camera, and defend the zombie horde. Then the player could explore the world, collect items, etc. This allows the player to get to experience the world a lot better. I know it is a lot of work, but the potential that it holds to be a memorable experience is good. So, I highly recommend you to continue working on the game even after the jam ends. You can also add story elements and characters to meet and interact with as well this way.
  • I would love for the assault rifle to actually work like an assault rifle and not like a pistol, I would recommend the bullets to be not a circle, but a wide line. And you need to hit multiple shots to kill a zombie.
  • Of course, I would love to see more zombies, maybe even a boss zombie.

Overall, I am proud of you for what you've made. The beauty in the game is in the potential it holds, and I believe given more time, you will be able to make it into an insane experience and story. I would recommend you to continue working on this game, as it feels really good to play. Would love more exploration and story involved in it. Good job!

By the way, here is the silly little game I made in 3 days. I would love for you to play it, and give me feedback! Have fun!

A solid game, with a fluid gameplay! I loveeeed the movement, the particle effects, the jumping. The core mechanics felt real good. As promised here are my thoughts on the game.

  • The game lacked sound effects. I don't know if it was added, but my build did not contain any sound effects. The experience would have been so much more wholesome with good music, and sfx.
  • The movement for me was so fluid that it made me jealous. It felt reaaal fluid. The particle effects on moving and jumping felt really great too!
  • I loved the last level. I died a lot of times, not knowing what to do, and I was scratching my head, and the camera started going down, and I was like : Ohhhhhh!
  • I wish there were no checkpoints. I would have preferred the game to be more challenging.
  • I wish the background was not just solid brown. The tiles had really good texture, and it felt off that the background was just solid. I would have loved to see it of a similar art-style as the tiles.
  • I would love for more levels, but hey this is a gamejam, I would recommend you to continue working on the game even after jam, add more levels, make changes, add polish, and the game would be great!

Overall, I had fun playing the game. I just wish it had sound effects, otherwise it would have been a perfect experience. Continue working on the game, and I would love to see it grow. Good job on the jam!

By the way, here is the silly little game I made in 3 days. I hope you'll love it, and give me feedback. Thanks!

The gameplay was so smooth! I loved the movement. It reminded me of Give Up a lot. Would have loved if you have added sound effects. Well done!

Haha, I reviewed this game before. I understand this wasn't intentional. Have a blast.

I have given a review for this game on this post before.

In case you missed it, here it is:

This was a fun cute little game! First of all I was blown away by the visuals, and the audio. Really neat job. It gives the game more polish, and made it an enjoyable experience. As promised, here are my thoughts on the game:

  • The game has a solid gameplay loop -  you pick the bulb, avoid obstacles, get to the end, repeat. This is a strong foundation to work on. This lays down more groundwork for future levels, and additional mechanics. Good job.
  • The visuals and the sound were the best part of the game. The flybot was so cute. The sounds felt delightful.
  • The idea in itself has enough potential for something even bigger. For a gamejam, this project is so promising that it has the potential to be a solid commercial game.
  • I have some suggestions with the levels. The levels for some reason, felt increasingly easier every level I go up. For me, it was difficult to cross the first level as I always break the bulb. But every other level, I managed to beat without dying. Especially the last level. It became easier to beat. However, the puzzle elements were really good. I wish the levels were a bit more difficult to offer a challenge.
  • There were some issues with the WebGL build. Sometimes it gets stuck on the loading screen.
  • There were also weird lines being rendered when I move in the WebGL version of the game. I don't know what is triggering this, but you should definitely look into it.
  • I would love more things to be added to the game. Like explosive objects with a timer that can be pickedup to destroy walls. Maybe some buttons that need to be held by blocks to keep a door open. Instances where we have to intentionally drop the bulb on a platform so that we have to spend some time without it, only to pick it up later. Stuff like that. Like I said, having a strong gameplay loop is so important. And in the game, you certainly do have it. I would love for it to branch off into all sorts of craziness.

Overall, a really solid fun game. There's huge potential in this idea, and I would encourage you to continue working on this game even after the jam ends. Good job!

By the way, here is my game. I would love for you to play the game, rate it, and give feedback! Thanks!

Very good deck building game. Would love to hear more sound effects, and a bit more visual background elements.

I have given a review to this game on this post before.

In case you missed it, here it is:

Thank you for making this game. The game is simply put - beautiful.

I loved the twist with the theme here. It's a brilliant take on trying to read people, from their words, body language, and expressions. As promised, here are my thoughts on the game:

  • The game has a big heart behind it, and it is evident.
  • It also conveys a powerful message to the players, and it's all subjective and based on the choices of the ingredients chosen.
  • The visuals were amazing, and added to the lonely vibe of hell (Hell here represents the part of people's lives that they think is something that traps them, and something that happens because of them)
  • I don't know but there's something "medicinal" about this game, I don't know if that's the way you should put it. It's not healing, but it feels as if you are eating a medicine, knowing that with the right ingredients, you can focus on the flavours that you like.
  • From the points above, it may be obvious that I loved the emotional things that this game injects onto it's players, and I believe it is the most important thing here to be discussed.
  • From a game developer perspective, I would love to hear more sound effects. The main menu UI buttons needed sounds and scale animations to make it feel good. I would love for sound effects on button clicks in the gameplay. Maybe some drink mixing sounds.
  • I would also recommend adding more damage, on mixing wrong emotions. I believe the emotions that we convey, especially through words, yield heavy repercussions in the life of others. Sometimes, our words can go so deep that it can never be taken back. I would love for that in this game. There is only one life, and you can't take back time. This also makes the players understand that every action they take matters. And it is never, ever, small.

Overall, I did not expect the game to feel this way. Consider me emotionalized (I don't know if that's even a word).

Oh by the way, here is my silly game. It would mean a lot if you could play it, whenever you are free, and give me feedback. Thanks!

I have given a review for this game on this post before.

Just in case you missed it, here it is:

Cool concept. I love the art style, and how consistent it was. The audio was so good, that I hate it. The pacing of the game is very commendable. As promised, here is my detailed review of the game:

  • The art style, as mentioned, is really good. The MS Paint vibe was consistent throughout, and it was visually coherent.
  • The theme of the game is on par with the jam as well. Things do go wrong!
  • I would love for the game to be more balanced. Some mini-games were too difficult to even play. Sometimes you just lose on the spot.
  • The sound effects, as much as they are good for the game, they are not good for my sensitive brain. It's just a personal thing.
  • The game had a hidden accelerating effect. This is something that I found interesting. I don't know if this was the intention, but the more you play the game, the more you realize you are terrible at it, and the more you want it to go your way, and you automatically start the slot machine and go again, and lose even more. This is the best part about the game in my opinion. Reminds me of how desperate anyone could get, just to get out of pain and misery. I think you should expand on this concept.
  • Everything else about this game is really solid. I just think this needs more balancing, as some minigames are unplayable. (I don't mind games being unfair or difficult, but in some minigames, for example, the one where you get chased by a snake like enemy, the enemy moves too fast for the brain to process what is happening, and then I lose the game.)

Overall, really cool concept. You should definitely expand on this.

I had given a review to this game on this post before.

In case you missed it, here it is:

INSANITY. That's this game.

I had real good fun playing the game. Everything was unexpected, and I was always on edge, to see what will happen next. As promised here is my feedback for the game.

  • The game is quite innovate, it's fresh, feels good, and quirky. It checks different boxes I didn't know I needed to check.
  • The simple gameplay loop is just obstructed (I don't know if that's even a word, but I'm using it for this game) by unending chaos. I love it.
  • The visuals were on point. The giant exclamation marks. The mystery of not knowing what this is. The alien invasion beam, and how it sparks curiosity to jump on it. Very well done.
  • The audio is fun too. The cough, the glass breaking, the money.
  • The lights going off is my favorite.

With what the game presented, it was very well done. I have a bunch of suggestions/ features to think about adding to the idea:

  • I wish the zombies could dance, so the player could lead them there to temporarily halt them.
  • I don't know why, but for some reason, I want to hear some sheep going "BAAAAA"
  • I would love for a reason to earn money. Right now, for the gameplay of this calibre, high-score wouldn't just cut it. (That was a compliment more than a complaint)

These are just some fun ideas. The game is awesome, and you should be proud of what you've made.

By the way, here is my game. It would be great if you could play it and give feedback. It's a game made in 3 days. Thanks!

Hi! I loved the game. I loved the mystery-unknown-trapped vibe that it gave me. And I'm glad you are committed to make this a bigger and better experience. Because this game is not so much mechanical, but more about the story, the events, and things happening in the game, my thoughts are more focussed on that as well. So, here are my thoughts:

  • I wonder if I never break rule 1, what would happen? That's the first thought that came to my mind after breaking rule 1.
  • The game visuals were really good. I love psychological horror stuff, and it has a good creepy vibe to it.
  • Certain elements felt bizarre. The ghosts appearing didn't make sense to me. It wish that part was introduced slower, maybe with one ghost, and then more appearing one after the other. Perhaps, you find something on the right most side of the platform, and then a ghost just swiftly rushes through the character, decreasing the sanity. Then perhaps a follow up dialogue: What was that?
  • This is just a suggestion, a part of me wants the character to have a handicap, like a broken arm, or something like that. This adds depth, to perhaps some event that happened. The reason I am suggesting that is because, there's a ton of 2D characters I've seen that looks like an average office worker. Because you are so committed to the game, it would be great if the character has some traits that stand out. And handicaps work well, as it resonates immediately with the person playing the game. Perhaps the character is walking on crutches, and the whole situation makes it feels like he is helpless. I don't know. I feel like the protagonist is "missing" something. It's just my opinion.
  • When it comes to the story, I feel like a you need to give a faint introduction to the player, for them to figure it out on their own. If you look at games like Five Nights at Freddy's, there's a phone guy who talks with you about the pizzeria, animatronics.. What I'm trying to say is, it lacks the first push, for me to figure out what exactly happened. The paintings on the wall, are great puzzle pieces, but somebody, or something has to put the puzzle box in front of me first, to solve the puzzle. Does that make sense?
  • I don't know if I got a proper ending or not, but I got quickly returned to the main menu after the train arrived. Hopefully, everything about the endings will be sorted out.

When it comes to the game,

  • It lacked sound effects. Like footsteps were there in the beginning (I think), but it went away after a while.
  • I would love to hear sounds of windchimes, or maybe a child crying in the distance, reverbed and reversed so that it doesn't make sense.
  • Also, I feel like the Main menu could have been better. Perhaps the menu is just the protagonist and the old guy sitting on the bench, and the protagonist is sleeping. When we hit play, the character wakes up and we are right into the game. Something like that. It's up to you.

Man I'm excited about where this could go. All the best!

By the way, here is the silly little game I made, and I would love for you to play it, and share feedback! Thanks!

I loved the game! The psychological aspect of it, the mystery-solving, figuring out which station to go to. I had no idea what to do when we reach the platforms. The visuals were good, the gameplay is really intriguing. Even though for the most bit, narrative felt linear, there were some pauses, and the situation of not knowing what to do. Loved the experience so far, and it has good potential to be a great game with more time.

The game is fun! Especially for a first game, this is real good. As promised, here are my thoughts on the game:

  • The best part about the game for me, is the audio. It was funny, and I just love hearing the sheep go "BAAAAA"
  • I loved the visuals. The character looked great, along with the sheep.
  • The level design and the game loop is simple, and I'm glad you've made a tutorial too.
  • One suggestion I have is on the main menu. I would recommend creating a UI, with a proper 3D scene in the background. You can use the 3d models in the game, with the UFOs and a bunch of sheep to create a dynamic UI.
  • I would also recommend adding sound effects for the UI elements as well.
  • What you have here is a solid groundwork for more additions and mechanics to be expanded upon, and that is great.

Once the jam ends, I would recommend to continue working on the game and add more crazy things.

Overall, it was fun, and the sheep sometimes simply follows me, which adds to the chaos. Good job!

By the way, here is my silly little game. It would be helpful if you could play, rate and give feedback! Thanks!

It is a fun game to play. The  audio was hilarious. Good game.

This is very creative and expressive!

My grandmother had the same disease, and passed away a few years ago. And I couldn't attend the tradition rituals, due to my university exams. And I came back to home weeks later, back to a world that's moved on. This game made me remember the times when she taught me how to make a spoon out of a jackfruit leaf to eat rice porridge. I think it is my favourite memory with her.

I was completely silent this entire playthrough from the second wake up, immediately understanding what this is.

Thank you for making this game, and all the feelings that this gave me. ❤️

I'm copy-pasting the comment I made on the other post, as I feel a bit tired and I want to process some stuff. Thank you so much. This hit me very deeply.

As for feedback, I wouldn't change a single thing. I could feel what this game means, and what this game is trying to say. Always.

This is very creative and expressive!

My grandmother had the same disease, and passed away a few years ago. And I couldn't attend the tradition rituals, due to my university exams. Hi! Sorry, but I have a phobia for giant insects, and because of that I couldn't play the game properly. It's a personal problem, and it felt quite triggering for me. So I would recommend adding either a trigger warning, or some screenshots of the game in the page menu so that people who are not comfortable with it, can stay away.

Regardless of my personal problems, here are things that I loved about the game, and things I would love to see improved.

  • The best thing about the game is indeed the visuals. It felt like visually, the world looks very great, and unique.
  • The movement felt nice too. The animations of the enemies, and everything was good. The insects were scary for me, and I wish I could have played more of the game though.
  • I would love for the main menu to have sound effects on buttons, and the start and quit buttons could be changed to match the style of the game.
  • I would appreciate if the controls were taught in-game. Perhaps a simple level with a tutorial first, and then we advance onto the main level, where things go wrong?
  • I also had some trouble trying to figure out what I should do.
  • There were times when I pressed E on interactables and the camera just snapped to another rotation for some weird reason.

Overall, I think this is a fun game based on the comments of the game. Its too sad that I couldn't play it properly, the way I want it to, but its okay! I've also made sure to rate the game not based on my personal phobia and experience.

By the way, here is my game. I hope you would enjoy it, and I would love for you to give feedback!

I have a phobia for giant insects, and because of that I couldn't play the game properly. I'm sorry but its just a personal thing. It gives me the creeps, and I don't like that. It triggers me a little bit. But based on what I've played so far, the visuals looked great, the audio was nice. It was difficult for me to understand what the objective was, but based on the comments below, I believe it was a good game. I'm not gonna let personal problems affect the rating of the game, but it would be nice if you could add a trigger warning for these kinds of games, or at least add screenshots in the page, so that people who don't like these kinds of things can stay away from them if it triggers them.

Thanks!

Beautiful game. I loved the twist with the theme here. Understanding emotions, using them as ingredients to add flavour, empathy, and dealing with difficult situations are core elements of this game. And you try to help make peoples lives better to make sure that nothing can go wrong. Brilliant! I had a good time understanding and playing the game! Good job to the entire team!

AMAZING GAME! I love that it makes me feel like a boss! Really cool upgrade system, and game mechanics. As promised, here are my thoughts on the game!

  • The voice overs were really good, and added to the semi-silliness and semi-awesomeness of the game! Be sure to tell your son that he did a great job!
  • The concept is really awesome, and simple and silly, which makes it a great experience. Plus you get to kill those pesky little flies. WITH ROCKETS.
  • The game, and I am being more technical here, has a solid gameplay loop -> Kill flies, Protect Animal, Collect coins, Upgrade, Repeat. This is great, as it created a solid foundation for you to expand this game upon.
  • Different types of flies were an awesome addition. I hate their eyes, which is a good thing from your end making the sprites that way.
  • What I would love to see, are animal sounds, maybe a little bit of flies sound. The animals make sound only when they get hurt, but I would love for the animals to make sound randomly here and there too. Maybe animals could talk, question-mark?
  • This is a quirky idea, why not add upgrades to animals? Like, perhaps you could attach an auto-firing turret on top of sheeps, as level increases, you could add even more flies, and it becomes mandatory. I don't know its just an idea.

Overall, I had a good time playing the game. The gameplay is awesome. The visuals and the sounds were good. Fun experience!

Oh by the way, here is my game! I would love for you to play it, and hear your feedback! Thanks!

This game makes me feel like a BOSS! Very good feel, the upgrades make me feel more powerful, very consistent visuals, with solid gameplay! Loved it.
