We've used some code from youtube channels.
The event channel system is from git-amend.

The visuals were really good! Its just that the ui could use some refreshing and the enemies seem to just be some random assets. Still a neat little game though!

Hello! I feel like I'm playing Doom in space, which is really cool! I do think the character moves a bit too fast, I had trouble keeping up. But otherwise, it's a solid game! Nice work!

Awesome game. I like the visuals and retro feel of the game, the super fast pace of the game reminds me of doom and other old school shooters. It was fun killing stuff, but it took me a while to realize guns were coming out of the chests I was opening. In the end I just ended up running thru everything straight to the end instead of fighting stuff. I was happy to make it thru and the game let me know how swag I am tho!! Awesome job!

I have a phobia for giant insects, and because of that I couldn't play the game properly. I'm sorry but its just a personal thing. It gives me the creeps, and I don't like that. It triggers me a little bit. But based on what I've played so far, the visuals looked great, the audio was nice. It was difficult for me to understand what the objective was, but based on the comments below, I believe it was a good game. I'm not gonna let personal problems affect the rating of the game, but it would be nice if you could add a trigger warning for these kinds of games, or at least add screenshots in the page, so that people who don't like these kinds of things can stay away from them if it triggers them.

Nice! This game's retro style really kept me engaged. I loved how challenging it was, and I have to admit, it kept me hooked for about 20 minutes just so I could challenge myself. I did find a few bugs here and there, but overall, with some polishing, it would be winning worthy!

Loved the style of this game! The art and music create a very nice retro feel! I was a little confused on what to do at first, but it wasn't too hard to figure it out. The design of the enemies is also really cool! The running man might be a little out of place, but the spider and robot design really fit the theme well! Overall, nice game! Good job!

This art style is very cool :D I like the concept, but please add a sensitivity slider or something that looks like it, I had to drag the mouse over my desk like a madman just to turn 180degrees haha

The game has a lovely pace, and in my opinion, a well-balanced mechanic to turn yourself invincible. Great work! This could really be a banger if you put some more effort in :D

I like the concept, had some performance issues at first (first game to crash my browser this jam haha) but outside of that had a really good time~

It could definitely benefit from a crosshair as my ability to aim without it is horrible haha, but it reminds a bit of OG doom/wolfenstine in that part so honestly not too bad when I adjusted, and possible a way to adjust mouse sensitivity but I know that’s hard to put together in 7 days

You asked for me to break it I was able to run through a wall at one point but ended up killing myself in the process haha

Nice game, loved it. As Haiya pointed out, crosshair would have been nice, also if there was a way to punch bare handed it would have been great too, one time I died because I went without picking up gun and couldn't puch enemies xD

I like the concept of the game! clearly reminds me of classic action games! :D
At first, I didn't really know what to do in the game since it launched me straight in after I pressed play. I guess a little guide at the beginning would probably help the player to know what's going on. But then I started running around the game level and just did anything that I can XD

I really like the fast-paced direction of the game. but it clearly needs some works done.
First, the absence of cross hair. Idk if it's intentional, but I think it'd better to have crosshair to shoot enemies. It was kinda hard because the hitbox itself is not clear enough to shoot.
Make the weapons more impactful. For me the weapons are kinda weak to use. I want to feel satisfaction whenever I blast enemies! Maybe amped the damage up or add some satisfying VFX would help! Sound also plays important role to it!

The game looks nice! I hope you guys can make it better in the future development! :D

Alright, so, you suggested speedrunning - and so, I have!

First things first - absolutely LOVED the visuals! Idk what kind of black magic you did to make Unity look like that, but that looks incredibly unique and interesting - loved it!

Gameplay itself was great too. At first I played it normally - went through carefully killing every single enemy. Then I tried again, this time using the ability - and I basically just zoomed through the whole map and beat the thing in like 30 seconds haha. Don't have a recording to show for it, but I could take one if you want!

Either way, super fun!

Great game! Unfortunately, I'm just not very good at these kinds of games, so I couldn't get too far. Great idea, though, and I love the overall look of it!

The 8-bit shader was a cool touch and gave the game a distinct retro vibe! I feel like the guns could use some adjusting, like shooting faster and having audio that fit the guns a bit better. I did run into a bug at the beginning where everything was just running in place. I feel like this game is heading in the right direction, just needs some polishing!

The game sadly doesn't work properly. Everything is too buggy, my character is doing something like a sliding thing without controlling him. Shooting feels bad. I never figured out how to use the inventory. Nice music though.

Was pretty fun, but feels bit too goofy, the shooting was pretty hard to actually hit someone, wasnt a big fan of the games fov, but overall not a bad game!
