I liked the atmosphere of the game, with headphones on it was creepy at times :) liked the use of Windows alerts, it was really unexpected

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

Good job! The amount of events surprised me, considering the short span of the jam.
The use of low-res shaders and shadow people worked nicely! The metro looked and sounded awesome, too.
The only things that felt out of place were the meters for "pc" & "coffee", and some english mistakes in the spooky pop-up messages. Really minor stuff, though.
I believe the PC & Coffee meters may have been a tad excessive, but nothing too serious.
Congratulations! You deserve more ratings.
Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm really glad you liked the atmosphere and the metro scene! I totally get what you mean about the PC & Coffee meters—they might have been a bit too much. I actually hesitated to change their style or reduce their impact, but I ended up keeping them as they are. And yeah, I'll definitely take a look at those English mistakes in the pop-up messages—I'm French, so sorry for the little errors! 😅 Appreciate the support!
Probably my favorite entry so far I have seen. The vibe is amazing, the visuals are unique and great. The theme is perfect. I really do not see anything to criticize. All I can say is great job!
I would've preferred a slower burn, there was probably quite a bit too many scares. But notepad and command bar stuff was a surprise! I really like the art style, though I didn't realize I could zoom with RMB because the pixilation made it hard to read lol! Super great stuff for a mere week! (I jumped pretty hard quite a few times at the start)
Thank you for your feedback! I totally get what you mean about the pacing and the amount of scares, but I didn’t want the player to feel it was too slow and tried to keep them engaged for as long as possible. Glad you liked the notepad and command bar surprises! And yeah, the pixelation can make small text tricky—I might tweak that in an update. Appreciate you playing! 😊
What?! How do you open my notepad XD? This is really impressive and underrated game. Great job
Amazing and impressive! The notepad opening scared me to death XD
I suggest making the spam E part easier because I got over it very fast. It was hard to finish the game because it was too much.
THe part where the people scream at the subway was very cool, but the audio fo the screams just cuts away, breaking the immersion. Also the invisible wall there is strange.
Keep it up!
Thank you so much! Glad the notepad moment got you xD I totally get what you mean about the E spamming, I’ve had a few similar comments, so I might tweak that to make it more balanced. And yeah, I’ll definitely look into improving the subway scene’s audio and invisible walls to keep the immersion strong. Really appreciate your feedback and thanks for playing! 😊
Welcome in Groundhog's day! First I was happy there was settings for the sound. Then when the game started I noticed good post processing and level design. I liked how things changed by every next day. Getting darker and darker! Love he concept of the loop, great game!
Nice atmosphere, it triggered a little of my anxiety and a little of the fears.
I felt that the desk/coffee task was a little tedious, though I understand sending the message of: it is really tedious IRL :P
I have very little to say, besides that I did not understand the Metro at the beginning, and maybe having the 3D sprites/pictures rotate towards you would give even more atmosphere, walking towards one and noticing that it is flat and bends to follow some prospective, broke the spell.
Nice game :)
Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! I totally get what you mean about the desk task, it was definitely intentional, but I see how it could feel tedious. As for the Metro and the 3D sprites, that's a really interesting point! I'll definitely consider tweaking that to enhance the immersion.
Really appreciate you playing and sharing your thoughts! 😉
A very interesting story, a filter that pumps up the atmosphere. Everything is at the highest level!
I found the spamming e thing tedious. But later I realized why it was there.
To be honest that was crazy good! The game design was amazing. shader fit well, music was on point. you did get me some time :)
As a nearsighted person I really liked the intense pixelation/low resolution-it felt a bit like walking around without contacts/glasses, which is always unnerving. It made the subway level with the trains rushing past feel very tense. I do agree with some of the other feedback that changing the controls up might help keep that tension up in the office. Good job!
That's such a cool perspective, I never thought about it like that! I'm really glad the low resolution added to the tension for you, especially in the subway scene. And yeah, I've definitely heard the feedback about the controls, something to keep in mind for future updates. Thanks a lot for playing and for the thoughtful feedback!
As a fellow low poly horror enthusiast I have to say this was great! I'm definitely stealing the 2d textures for npc's idea. What shader did you use for the graphics? I've never seen a unity game that low res before.
Love the style, imidentaly turns into 4k gameplay once I take off my glasses.
I really like the look of the game and feel that it adds more to the spookiness of it! I knew going to work was scary, but didn't expect it to be this scary! Great game!
Pretty sure when I tried to play this game, I just ended up going to work like I usually do...?
Really though, this was excellent! My favourite so far. No notes. Very spooky.
