Fun game, but the doors being opened with a mouse felt weird, i think doors should open on E, also when doors were locked, it wasn't that well visible, but other then that really cool game

How does the game fit the theme?
The game follows a lonely astronaut seemingly stranded out in space. After the ship breaks down, he decides to reboot the mainframe thinking that nothing could go wrong. That is until he encounters the ship's malfunctioning A.I. that is seemingly set out to kill him. In a complete turn of events it seems that everything is going wrong and it's now a race against the clock...
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Our sound effects (not music) were found online through various free websites. Except the cat, that was all us :)
How many people worked on the game?3

Really fun game, cat best good boi. I love the astronaut design, it's really cool! Overall I enjoyed the game, well done!
Played and rated :) overall i really enjoyed it, but maybe some kind of indicator showing were the tasks are would help, a lot of time spent running around trying to figure out what actually needed fixing (i had shields failing for a long time and still don't know where that one actually was..). Thats just nitpicking though, really nice and well polished game with fun minigames throughout!
There's a lot here for a jam! Two small suggestions:
- My main bit of advice is to teach all the controls early. I didn't scroll down and look at the description until a bit later
- I went the "wrong" way and didn't see anything interactive until I doubled back and picked a different path. Put something interactive in the first room or on the first path
Damn nice game with good visuals. And the music is very fitting for that stressfull completing of tasks
Damn amazing game, loved the minigames. if i had to suggest something, I would recommend to add in icons for each ship sector, instead of an number, would make it a bit easier to find rooms around i think
I loved all the little minigames, it was fun every time to open a new dodgy system and figure out what was required. I did find it quite frustrating to try and figure out what all the systems were, some of them are so anonymous, like life support, I just had to run around the whole ship until it was highlighted (and with the O2 generator even that strategy didn't work!) I would have loved clearer visual hints, like the number of the part being displayed in the room, or there being more of a visual indicator that something was wrong. But it is a jam after all, and I was really thoroughly impressed by all the different little minigames working!
Very cool game! i enjoyed it a lot
but i have just a few things, firstly i found it kinda hrad what i was supposed to be fixing, it said stuff like O2 and i have no idea where that is so i was just running around trying yo look for it..
second thing is that at some point it said to go to the control panel, and i have just no fucking clue where that is or what that means... i couldnt figure it out lol
but still, i really enjoyed your game!
The game was a nice little thrill and i love that you can interact with the kitty :> I think if there was more of a quick little tutorial before the game starts itd be good, because i was struggling to find out that you had to jump onto the O2 gen to be able to interact with it :p
I did not understand that you had to type with a keyboard on the control panel. It was only after I read a comment that told me that. Everything else is really well done and you have so much content to boot! Honestly you can't tell this was made in only seven days.
This game is absolutely amazing and well made. Yes, the visuals are really nice and cute, the sound design is decent, and it fits into the theme perfectly but it's the gameplay that stands out to me. This game has a lot of different game mechanics in it and a well-made gameplay loop similar to if Among Us was single player. After winning a round or level being introduced to even more areas and special abilities was very surprising for a game made in this short amount of time. It's just really fun and enjoyable :)
I don't have any real complaints for the game but for some feedback on my experience the biggest problem I had was learning what to do with the control panel. It took me maybe a minute or two to figure out I was supposed to type it out which conflicted all of the other minigames where you clicked or dragged things. Maybe adding a little tutorial or just making it clear could help. Another thing might just be to make the game faster as a whole. The bar moved way too slow to the point where the tasks started feeling repetitive and it would take a while to get anywhere. Just cutting how long it takes to get to the next round and making the character move faster would make it easier but more fun.
WOW man there's unbelievable amounts of stuff in just seven days man how did you manage this? I love the among us tasks system turned into a full game
