I have given a review for this game on this post before.

Just in case you missed it, here it is:

Cool concept. I love the art style, and how consistent it was. The audio was so good, that I hate it. The pacing of the game is very commendable. As promised, here is my detailed review of the game:

  • The art style, as mentioned, is really good. The MS Paint vibe was consistent throughout, and it was visually coherent.
  • The theme of the game is on par with the jam as well. Things do go wrong!
  • I would love for the game to be more balanced. Some mini-games were too difficult to even play. Sometimes you just lose on the spot.
  • The sound effects, as much as they are good for the game, they are not good for my sensitive brain. It's just a personal thing.
  • The game had a hidden accelerating effect. This is something that I found interesting. I don't know if this was the intention, but the more you play the game, the more you realize you are terrible at it, and the more you want it to go your way, and you automatically start the slot machine and go again, and lose even more. This is the best part about the game in my opinion. Reminds me of how desperate anyone could get, just to get out of pain and misery. I think you should expand on this concept.
  • Everything else about this game is really solid. I just think this needs more balancing, as some minigames are unplayable. (I don't mind games being unfair or difficult, but in some minigames, for example, the one where you get chased by a snake like enemy, the enemy moves too fast for the brain to process what is happening, and then I lose the game.)

Overall, really cool concept. You should definitely expand on this.
