Great game!

The gameplay was so smooth! I loved the movement. It reminded me of Give Up a lot. Would have loved if you have added sound effects. Well done!

That was a ton of fun! The auto-scroller level kinda whooped my butt but I made it to the end.

It read

The End

S

Not sure if that's intended. I had to Alt+F4 to exit. Good luck with the jam!

Developer(+1)

hahahaha, the S was 8 and you died 8 times.
I forgot to make an exit button.
Anyway, thanks for playing my game!

Of course! It was fun!

I liked the spoon enemy and the screen shake when failing, but I felt a bit frustrated by the level where you have to stay on the screen to avoid dying.

I like the aesthetics, the visuals are nice! Would have been better if there was audio. Didn't expect him to be cooked even though the obstacles are spoon and fork, should have been obvious enough, maybe I was concentrating too hard! I'm really bad at this game and had to try numerous times. I really hate dying when reaching the edge of the screen at the auto scroll part! The player movement feels great, and spoon dashing is a great idea! Good job!

Developer

Thanks, I will post a new update if you are intrested!

The game's nice, the concept is cool and the drawings are silly and cute, great job!

Hey, nice game! Is the character a green pepper or something? haha

Expanding on the game with sound and more levels would be really cool

Developer

Yeah bro I’m working on it!

Fine 2d game, sadly the sound was missing . The enemy which is kinda dashing on you was nice touch for this 2d game.

Developer

Thanks! Glad you like it!

Not sure what the theme was exactly, but I like the creative use of cutlery as the obstacles. I did find the autoscroller part quite frustrating as going past the edge of the screen kills you, forcing you to wait.

Developer

Glad you like it!

Cool platformer! The movement felt really clean, and the animations were very smooth! The lighting and particles also added to the visuals of each level. I love the food theming with the cutlery enemies. The scrolling level at the end was a nice finishing touch to lead into the last cutscene. I would've loved to see more levels! Overall, great work!

Also, congrats on your first game jam!

Developer(+1)

Thanks bro It really motivated me, Sorry for no sound effect, I Downloaded them but I ran out of time, maybe I will post a new update for the game Thanks bro!

the scroll level felt werid but the other were cool

Developer

Hahaha thanks!

Nice platformer with simple graphics,  great work and good luck!

Level design gold right there. Pro tip: don't do this. Autoscrollers can be finicky and should be used with caution

Otherwise, well, it's a platformer alright! Liked the enemy design

Developer

Thanks bro, I Ill do that, Thanks any way!

Submitted(+1)

The movement felt a bit off, the graphics were simple but that's ok. Not sure I understand how it relates to the theme

Great job!
8/10 :)
