This is fantastic!
The systems are great and build on each other really well, great work there!
The only suggestions I'd have are for quality-of-life improvements, like 'bookmarks' in the book to go from section to section, and clear indicators of what's a clickable link in the book vs just a title. Another suggestion would be actually seeing the ingredients and dragging them onto the plate, rather than words onto a menu.
But! Those are just nice-to-haves. Overall, this is completely working and really fun! Also, the art is really cute!
Great work!
Very cute game! It's deceptively complex, with the amount of menus you have to sort through and things you have to keep tally of in your brain. Definitely something you could get addicted to playing!
Nice game! I like the simplistic art style <3
Damn, I never expected it to get so hard so quickly ^^.
Well put together, congrats!
Cute artstyle, cute music and fun cooking! :D
AMAZING GAME HAD TO PEAL MYSELF OFF MY PC
Really cute art style, a lot of details to keep track of.
Definitely one of the most relaxing games in the jam.
Outstanding atmosphere! The art style is so cute. It's amazing how much detail is built into the game mechanics.
Fantastic work!
Very cute, and interesting idea, well done!
Super fun game! Loved the art style
Definitely feels like I was working expo at work lol! It feels good at first, but starts to feel really complicated after a bit, but I like the feel and style of the game. It started getting too much for me after the customers preference thing, I didn't like how first I had to look them up, then look up the animal to see the preferences are, maybe simplify the preferences by just making it per customer? Either way this was pretty cool and I'd love to see it continued. Great work!
This was fun! There was so much to do for a game jam game. Bonus for the adorable hamsters, great job!
This game was amazing! I love the concept and game mechanics. I really like all the little details that you have to check to make sure everything is perfect. I especially like the increase in difficulty as more things get introduced. I really liked the parodied celebrity names, they were really funny! The art was super cute as well, the artist did a great job! Overall a very fun and polished game. Well done!
Very polished and nice game! You've put in a lot of effort to complete everything in just one week. Great job!
Great idea! I really like it, and the game’s layout is very well designed. 🎮🔥
This was a really cute game. I think the pixel art food kind of stood out as jarring in comparison to the other cute art for the characters and environment. Overall, fun to play and really good work on this!
I really liked the game and concept was very creative. The visuals were also really nice but it felt like the pixel art for the dishes was not fitting with the rest of the game's art. Overall the game was great and i really enjoyed playing it.
Very nice! really cute well made game!
its straight to the point, really easy to understand! well done :)
I liked it but I would say that using some pixel soup for the food was probably not a good idea, it does not work well with the other visuals I think. ( but probably it would have take too much time to hand draw all the dishes ) it would be more fun to see the dishes and the ingredients removed / added I think :) but still, great concept :)
