I really love the art style in your opening cinematic, but I must say, the in-game art style feels drastically different—almost like they were created by entirely separate teams. The contrast is quite noticeable.

Honestly, I was completely captivated by the opening cinematic—the storyline, the character development... I mean, who wouldn't love a grim reaper with a childlike innocence?
However, I feel that the art style in the main gameplay is completely different from the opening and comes across as considerably rougher, almost as if they were made by two separate people. Additionally, I found it too easy to access areas that should be out of bounds, like walking on supermarket walls or atop vending machines. Another issue worth noting is the lack of background music during gameplay.

Perfect! This is an absolute masterpiece!

With flawless visuals and perfect music, I absolutely adore it—this is destined to be one of the best games. The protagonist constantly reminds me of House—not sure if the developer is familiar with that game. The only drawback is that the jumping feels a bit off, especially when the character hits the ceiling—the recoil feels unnatural.

Simple and fun — well done! My only minor complaint is that sometimes I die immediately after respawning without a chance to react.

So you're the one who left the third comment! LOL. I've already played your game and left a review — it's truly captivating. Thank you for creating this!

Thank you for sharing! I really love your game's distinctive art style and music!
I've left some pretty amazing discoveries in your review section!

Wow, what a unique art style—I love it! The music is also really pleasant. I'd give it a full score!

Tip: I feel like the walking speed is a bit slow; it's making me a bit impatient. Pressing the spacebar actually lets you jump, though it doesn't seem to serve much purpose lol. The first time I played, I ran into two villages in a row where I couldn't afford anything, which left me pretty confused. Also, you can freely edit the text in your dialogue boxes lol.

Bug: During one battle, the dice never appeared, so I had to use the menu button in the top-right corner to exit. After that, the game's music turned into some kind of "deadly duet."OwO

Actually, the wave number only determines which monsters appear. I believe simply having higher waves feature stronger monsters should suffice. That said, I really appreciate your suggestion and your support! OvO

Thank you for your kind words! I'll definitely take your suggestions into consideration. OwO

Great suggestion! I'll let you know when the update is ready!

I checked out your game! We're totally on the same wavelength  lmao!

It does look quite similar to my game, lol! The music and sound effects are absolutely perfect, though the variety of enemies feels a bit limited. I ended up with a score of 2608!

You should give Venom Shooter a try! The upgrades in this ability increase both bullet damage and size. Once you reach higher levels, the visual spectacle becomes incredibly satisfying — it's quite a scene, lol!

I originally wanted to create more monsters and abilities, along with a codex for players to collect, but I simply ran out of time... So I ended up using a player clone as the monster. Pushing the game's engine to its limits became an unexpected goal in itself, lol.

Thank you for playing! I'd love to add some bosses, but my art skills aren't quite there yet. TAT

Thank you for your kind words! I'll admit music isn't my strong suit—it's the only element in the entire game not created by me. OwO

A short yet profound game! I truly felt the agony of losing his wife.

Thanks!

Interesting concept. I feel like the stat upgrades after death are a bit too minimal, and the death animation is a bit long. After dying over a dozen times, I didn't notice any significant improvement in my rate of fire. Also, I think the movement speed is somewhat slow—I can't keep up with the boss. There's also a bug where sometimes my bullets hit and disappear, but the boss shows no hit effect and doesn't lose any health.

Perfect artwork, perfect music – I absolutely love it. Could you make the kitten spawn on the platform instead? This issue caused me to die repeatedly!

A solo developer who does everything! Same here, though I can't compose music either. Your artwork is absolutely stunning (way better than mine). I love your game, but could you please not make me spawn right over a gap?

What a charming visual novel! I really wish there was an interface that would let me quickly access a specific character's story!

Great game! The visuals and music complement each other perfectly. The storyline portrays the weight of life beautifully, and I really enjoyed it!

I think it would be great to add a title screen and a level selection screen! That way, I could easily revisit a specific character's story!

Perfect! I love this warm yet melancholic feeling!

Perfect visuals, perfect music. That kind of sadness makes me unable to stop.

To be honest, I'm not very knowledgeable about music either. In fact, the only thing in my game that wasn't made by me is the music. My approach to selecting music is to try out a large number of music samples and pick one that I think fits.

Thank you for sharing! I have already commented on your game!

Interesting game.

Does the UI style seem to be default? I think giving it a suitable style will add a lot of color to your game.

Also, I think a suitable music can make the game more perfect.
