How does the game fit the theme?
You build a bridge out of questionable materials all while your safety inspector insist that "nothing could possibly go wrong" and that "with these high end quality materials, I'm sure nothing could go wrong. APPROVED!"
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All assets are made from scratch by me except for the sfx from pixabay and the music from UppBeat.

Fun idea, and I enjoyed the satirical gameplay. I feel it's spiritually aligned with our "Skytanic" submission, check it out if you get a chance :)
Thanks! Yeah skytanic was one the first ones i rated. Nice job. 👍
Wow great job making this alone in such a short time! It's really enjoyable, easy to pick up and polished.
Maybe an option to delete elements in the editor would be nice too (if there's one I didn't find it). Well done!
Thanks! There's no delete option, that got cut along with many other things to save time, though it would've been nice.
really enjoyed the mechanics, the physics is really well done and the humor is on point~
Thanks! I'm really happy with how the physics turned out too.
That's a nice one. Kinda hard to play and to tell, what's doing what. But the amount of polish is amazing. Especially for solo dev.
Cool idea! Passed first level by acciden and thought that that it's wrong, but it actually it a good solution a made kinda ramp on right and filled it with bunch of garbage + balls to car.
I really miss some QoL!
Nice art tho, simple and nice!
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah sometimes the best solution isn't even a bridge! Also glad to hear someone liked the art style, I consider myself a pretty bad artist so I always go simple.
This is an impressive and creative take on a poly bridge style game. It's honestly amazing that this only took one week, good job.
Cool game! I love Crash Simmons.
Love it
I love the game. It keeps me playing more and more :)
Really fun idea, Crash Simmons, great guy, hope he is the CEO of the Technically Safe LLC
It's really funny how you have to use things that don't seem suitable for building a bridge to build a bridge.
Crash Simmons is a fantastic name, love the art, love the concept, super fun!!!! :)
I'm glad someone noticed the name! I spent way too much time coming up with that!
Good idea and well crafted!
Glad you liked it!
Brilliant idea! At first, I wasn't quite sure what I was doing, but after fiddling around a bit got the hang of things!
Thanks for the feedback! The controls are a bit finicky sometimes, I tried to get them as intuitive as possible. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I think a better tutorial might be one of its short comings.
I absolutly love it. You manage to make very interesting game, it really got me thinking about all combinations i could try to make some cool bridges. I see the inspiration from "Poly Bridge" and your twist on it made it very cool great work!
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah Polybridge and bad piggies were definitely the main inspiration for this. I wanted to have tons of materials at first (I was hoping for 20+) but I just ran out of time. maybe I'll continue it in the future. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Amazing game, this is something like the Poly Bridge, but better in some areas. Loved all those different materials and objects and the physics.
Thanks! Yeah I think finding the best combinations and interactions might be my favorite part.
This was a lot of fun. I enjoyed the story and I loved the sprites during the dialogue. Very cool!
Glad to hear it!
This is really cute! I did think for ages that I only had styrofoam, watermelon and cheese to use- I tried using the scroll controls to move further up the list but nothing happened and I figured I just didn't have any more stuff to build with. I was messing around with the melons and cheese for five minutes before I realised the UI had just been locked up because of the tutorial!
Oh no! sorry about that! the tutorial was a last minute addition, so it's pretty rudimentary!
I liked the idea but couldn't build a bridge that would stand after multiple attempts, maybe it's on me.
Yeah this game is pretty challenging! the best advice I can give is to make good use of rubber bands, chains and balloons, they're your most valuable assets.
really enjoy the concept!
I think it needed more of a tutorial section
Thanks! yeah I was worried about the tutorial. the dialogue was a bit of a last minute addition. I hope it made sense!
