How does the game fit the theme?
Chaotic ship stacking.
Seems cozy at first, but one wrong move everything can tumble down.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
We used Bevy with the Avian physics engine.
How many people worked on the game?5

While tetris stacking games aren't new, this one is well made and looks polished.
at firt, i was thinking "oh god, tetris spinoff again", but when the animals and eletric devices starting falling, i gasped, nice idea LOL make the game fun and out of box
Nice and well executed idea !
Please consider rating my game too ;)
That's such a fun remix of Tetrix. I actually really enjoy it. It's so chaotic to have the ship moving, and I love the music. Well done!
Loved the physics in this game! Combining that with Tetris was such a clever idea! The art is also really nice! Great work!
Tetris but better
REAL 😎
Physics makes everything more fun.
This was was really interesting! The physics and tetris style gameplay go really well together. I will say that I initially misunderstood the goal of the game, and kept looking for ways to make the ship move haha. Anyway, Great work!!
Ha! Thanks for the kinds words.
Believe it or not in an earlier experiment we did, we make it so the ship was movable.
It was however difficult to get the physics working the way we wanted AND figuring out corresponding game mechanics to go with it.
Very nice game. Very fun and enjoyable. Don’t know how, but the first time, I scored 45, and the second time the ship sank at 18 already.
Thanks. Not sure about the quick sinking. It does depend on the size of the objects so if you got a delivery of giant parade floats that could have sunk the boat quicker.
Fun game. Tetris with ship physics is a fun idea. Gotta say the cows really got me! XD
Thanks! Glad to hear the cows did their job.
Fun game, the physics really took me off-guard, in a good way. I like how after a while, random objects start falling from the sky rather than Tetris pieces. Overall, pretty enjoyable!
Thanks!
That escalated quickly!
I was sure it's going to be a regular tetris-like game.
Oh boy, was I wrong.
It's _almost_ regular tetris. If tetris was on a boat... and had parade floats.
Cool game. Not quite sure how it fits the theme though?
I played a very strange tetris while listening to sea shanties :) Good job! XD
Glad you enjoyed my shanties.
Cool game loved how chaotic it gets as you play :)
Great job !
Very chaotic and innovative, I didn't expect the animals as tetris pieces xD. Simple mechanic but very well executed, congratulations
Thanks!
This is really fun! The blocks come down so fast but I like the chaos of it. With how easy it is for blocks to fall off of the ship, I really appreciate the 10 lives system. Also, all of the random animals and UFOS and energy system make it really fun and I replayed it many times. Great job, guys !
Thanks!
I was expecting a cute cozy game but that's definitely not what I got haha. Love the visuals and random objects/animals that you're given to stack up, that made the game feel really chaotic and unique. The song is also a perfect choice haha. Nice work :)
Thanks for playing!
What if Tetris takes place on a ship and has seals, and bombs, and electric fuses? Turns out you get quite an entertaining game out of it!
It starts out as a less-than normal game of Tetris that gets weirder and weirder as it goes on, I love all the different Tetris pieces, they all have their own little rule and quirks, making the game a lot more challenging but also fresh and fun!
Overall this was a great executed really well! Great job!
Thank you!
Fun twist to Tetris! I liked seeing the ship basically underwater from all of the cargo haha, nice job on this!
Thanks! We almost "fixed" the ship sinking but decided to keep it at the last minute, glad you enjoyed it.
Fun. Once I saw them, I liked the animals more than the tetrominoes.
That's good feedback, thanks. We debated quite a bit about how much it should be like regular tetris with rare weird moments or if it should be mostly weird with just superficial references to tetris.
