Loved synths in main theme and beautiful post-rock guitar riff in the insistence of the restless

I loved exploration of the city’s ambient, the urgency of time is running out(it is too cutting tho, I’d give the most extreme pitches a bit of a low pass) and a bliss Waking Up gives.

Cool stuff

I think you nailed consistency between tracks

I lacked a bit of experiment - for example temple of the sun seem to be just two times copied, you can clearly hear where the pause is :D. But the melody there is cool

Lovely piano ost overall!

thank you for listening!

Thank you for listening! I’ll certainly try the cello tip

It’s so moody and you nailed consistency between soundtracs

Loved submarine landslide!

sovietwave. not a fan

not a big fan of dissonant tricks

Loved below the skylight!

as a player - not a fan of lots of distortion over long time, but its definitely suited for some games!

for me personally all the drums and radical distortion was too much, I would porbably lower music after that to 10% in game.

You definitely have some great pieces here, my personal favorite is don’t look back.

Loved early sunset and path illuminated by stars!

I love the mood of early ps games it gives

A very good fitting melodies for your narrative!

I wanted for them to be longer so I can enjoy it more :D

The mastering has some space for improvement: sometimes piano is too loud, a lot of elements are too quite.

I loved the transition from churches to whole faith in guns!

Melodies are great and I love the progression, but levels are a bit off:

  • town paza: clap and whatever string instrument is used for a theme are a bit overwhelming
  • coastal wind: piano is a bit too loud. gated synth is sick tho!

But the tracks brought me joy, great work!

Sounds like something I would make.

I felt like there isn’t really a progression in tracks, I challenge you to experiment with variation more inside each track in the future, it usually makes it more alive.

more chiptune to the god of chiptune!

Alhenas Theme and Batenkaitos’ Lament were my favorite

love it

It simple, melodic, slightly dissonant, good mixing. Great submission!

the climax in Comes to life with a beutiful percussion unwind is soooo good.

Loved the slight ambience in In Search of You and hopefulness of Memory.

In Search of You seemed more like some revelation moment, like finding a history of your people or something. And the bass is so juicyyyy >:[]

Great work!

Loved bass synth in Hadron Samurai

Awesome job fitting the character stories! I think youre onto something here

The puzzle theme is perfect and I loved the serenity of the main theme (athough I think the viol there is a bit loud)

I love how you make it flow up and down! I wish I could play piano good to be able to just let my emotions go directly to the keys

It’s a jam, nobody expects a masterpiece, although they definitely happen. The most important thing is that you try something new, like some, hate some, improve what you are bad at, use and perfect what you are good at.

this is the way

erhu is gorgeous

I loved the mood main theme sets and the ending in blue night send me shivers!

IMO - one of the best submissions as far as game OST go

Loved the calm of That one summer night and mission complete

Dolphin Joyride slaps as well

I felt that bass melody in Echoes of the Shrine is a bit too busy. You have a lot of other things, it kinda distracts from a magnificent shamisen and percussion.

Also I think in some tracks the shamisen or koto was a bit too loud. For example in Hozuki Village I’d lower both koto and flute a bit

I think you’ll benefit from not making the busy rhytms as long, for example in shattered silence shamisen was a bit overwhelming

Overall your submission brought me a lot of joy, I love shamisen and koto experiments :D

I think you nailed the mood in Waiting for You

Awesome ambient in the Eternal Atmosphere! Really creates a feel of an endless abyss above, but I felt that some melody transitions were too rushed. Eternity does not hurry!

(1 edit)

I love the mood you created!

Absolutely love the percussion and the split wind in Away from home,Towards the unknown

You definitely nailed consistency, but the slight arhytmia of the high pitch melody in Mastering Navigation threw me away a bit. I guess it can be used for storytelling? But I felt that it does not belong

Neat synthwave album. I felt like the melody in Waiting is too much.

Great bass synth and ending in the boat!

I think you might wanna rename Explore, hehe, it sounds more like a race, but certainly cool one!

I would go for a more aggressive bass for Monster - you are trying to convey the big creature!

Nice submission! Loved tha bass guitar usage. I felt like some tracks would be better without drums

Oh, kudos then! It sounds like a hard balance - same instruments for consistency but enough variability for distinction.

I like the beach vibes I get from it. Would fit to any game with shore theme

I like the melody in moonlit pier but the background synth is a but too much.

Loved serenade

Great progression and perfect bass start in bay reflections!

The guitar fits so nicely where present

I love how the weight of small thinks conveys the intent so nicely

I felt like the rhytmic piano in what the night carried away would benefit from slight low-pass filter or maybe if it would a tone higher

I definitely will study these on how to choose instruments other nuances to convey the mood.

Damn, the level of polish and emotion on these is astonishing. I think you overused a violin a bit, but thats subjective :D

But I like the overall percussion usage.

Great work!

I loved how light the music feels, not a burden, perfect background.

And the melody in Between birds and sea is so beutiful

Loved the ambiance of spiritual character encounter and the deep pulsing synth from winsome groaming!

I think for a main theme you definitely overdid reverbs, I imagine main theme as something with distinct tune that will be recognizable, and as much reverb kinda takes it out of the question
