The Ponys The Science & The MushroomWow, thank you so much :D What I would up doing was starting out doodling small findable items (stuff that seemed recognizable at the low resolution), and kinda bending / twisting the grandma's story to include those items in whatever way possible. It's not the most continuous / flawless story, but makes for a nice short game where your imagination can sort of fill in the gaps.
(Just wanted to make sure I left a review, in case I don't get time to try to replay it - after getting "stuck" on first play-through...)
So far, I'm blown away with how AMAZING this game is! 🤯
There's so much here, for such little Jam time.
The artwork is just stunning - the pixelart is one thing, but the animations are SO smooth. 😍
Then there's the music. All your games have great atmospheric soundscapes - and this one is no exception.
I definitely plan to come back and complete (found 2 of the granny's memories + 2/3 frogs!)

Lights Out! 💡Great game! Really enjoyed the art style, the world design and the audio. Great job on making it non-verbal/text - really hard to do at this res! Also there seems to be a small trend for pacifistic/non-violent games in this jam which I really appreciate ;). I couldn't work out how to get the ring and noticed that the controls seemed a little unresponsive at times, but very minor complaints in a fantastically polished game!

RedHoly crap what a beautifully animated game. All the little details of the player were noticed (the dust lifting from the ground when she moved, the flowers reacting to being walked through). By far the most beautiful LOWREZ game I've played in this jam.
The game crashed when I woke up grand ma T_T (I tried a number of times). I'm still in awe with how beautiful this game is.

Still, I'm impressed with the overall quality of this game. The animations are incredible and the details are really nice. I'm really impressed with it. Also the story drags you in from the beginning!

I've been tirelessly trying to recreate this crash/freeze problem, but cannot replicate it on my system. Running on MacOS latest Chrome and Firefox. If possible, could you provide a list of steps you took in the game to cause the freeze? Thank you so much for the feedback.
oh no! the game got stuck while trying to open the box that requires a key. I think I also got stuck on this box the first time I played, after waking up grandma.
the snoring sound in the intro is so cute!! all the little animated interactions are cute!! I've never seen a fishing minigame done like this before what the heck it's so cool?? I love this game, I'll come back and try to finish it again.

The other day I was trying to reproduce and somebody started discussing dinner while I was fishing with a line out, when I looked back at the game I couldn't exit the fishing state after pulling in the line ^^; If it's Unity, I have experienced very similar bugs while using coroutines and could describe possible solutions
